Doubletree By Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

One of the things we enjoyed from this hotel was the walkable public transportation station. The Chelsea station was maybe a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel which was really convenient when going into downtown Boston or going to Salem. The hotel staff were really friendly and attentive which made our stay enjoyable. The only challenge we had during our stay was the bathroom. Some of the water feauteres were not working properly, but not a huge inconvenience. Would stay here again in the future.

Room was large, accessibility to train was perfect as literally across the road, and staff was nice. Cookies prepackaged at front desk-just ask and yes they have allergen free cookies (gluten free/nut free). Shuttle to airport was nice as well-no need to sign up ahead of time. I had a hard time sleeping the first two nights as we were by the stairs and could hear people all night but otherwise would stay again!

The hotel itself was okay but there was a train crossing nearby and constant truck traffic. It was so noisy that it was nearly impossible to sleep. I let the desk clerk know about it the next morning and she was apologetic. This becomes a very challenging review. While the hotel was very nice we would not stay there again due to the noise. This is clearly not the hotel’s fault but it is still a significand issue.

We were traveling for a baseball game. The hotel was just what we needed.

Rooms need maintenance - mainly bathroom . The airport shuttle poor - we had to wait very long time at the airport - even after we called the hotel to notify them we are waiting ...need also be able to communicate them via WhatsApp _ when trying to communicate with them using their application - no answer

Close to train and bus to easily get around

Room was clean except our bathroom shower had black mood in a few spots. Also there was an empty mini alcoholic beverage bottle on the floor and neither one of us drink. We were not aware that breakfast cost. 20 dollars for a hot breakfast when it is nothing special. It is what you would get at a free continental breakfast.

This was a nice one night stay after a long cruise and an early flight. Got there early, they secured my luggage which allowed me to walk the Freedom Trail. The staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle got me to Logan right on time.

Very good

Great for an overnight stay. Would also be good for a quick business trip. Rooms were clean. No breakfast included but that was okay. The bar/diner had good food for the evening meal.

Are room on the 2nd floor was very smelly. The room smelt like pee. The bathroom ceiling above the shower was failing and so much mildew. Also on are 2nd night the A STOPPED working

Almost 100% certain the rooms are filled with mold. They covered the mildew smell with car fresheners in the air conditioner. All of my belongings were left damp upon leaving.
