Bartender (Kernado?) was excellent and quite helpful. Everyone was nice, but he really stood out.

It was a great stay comfy beds and nice and cool on the hot days we spent in the city

I had a few things I needed to do and the staff at the hotel explained where to find the stores I was looking for. There was also something not working in my room and the technician took care of it in a timely and professional manner.

I didn’t like that the pool was out of service and didn’t receive an email to give us the option to cancel. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool.

Breakfast was great, clean facility, nice staff. Would stay here again!

Our room was facing the street and the train was going by every 15 to 20 minutes with a very loud, high pitched horn along with its vibration. Even with earplugs, I got a very limited and unsound sleep.

This hotel has what a family on vacation discovering the city needs. Clean and comfortable beds, pool-gym, in front of the Chealsea station for easy access to Boston. Staff was vey kind and useful. Definitely will recommend it, the value is great!

The hotel was nice just old the conditioner fell off the wall during my shower

-The hotel room was perfectly decent and very clean; but only because it's old, the carpet felt a bit dirty, like it should be replaced throughout the hotel rooms. -The WiFi works perfectly. -The airport shuttle pickup takes way longer than the front desk tells you (the flight crew in the airport shuttle told me that "they always say 15 minutes" but "it's always longer."

Parking was expensive. Bathroom sink drained extremely slow. Only one small bar of soap at sink and none in shower, in addition to no bath wash and the conditioner bottle was completely empty. Staff was helpful.

Clean and 10 minutes from Logan Airport.

We appreciated that the hotel-airport shuttle was able to get us after 10PM. Nice room, nice hotel.

Everything was amazing for the majority of the trip! Breakfast was such a treat, staff were extremely friendly and the pool was a delight! Only thing was we didn’t get a bathtub as requested on the booking and our shower door kept sliding open. Other than that, everything was awesome. Hope to come back in the future!
