Older hotel but clean and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was very spacious. It was a welcome sleep! I think that the flooring through out the hotel is due for a refresh. Thanks for the great rest!!

Hotel in a good location. Rooms clean and spacious. Shuttle option from airport was great and easy to use. Had breakfast one day and good value.

The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was fantastic. Hotel staff were rude and impatient with my special needs child. There was black mold on the shower tile surfaces. The $20 breakfast buffet was disgusting. The pool was green and slimy around the edges

Great two night stay! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The property and room were clean and will maintained. The hotel is near a train that runs overnight so you will hear it. The mini-fridge is not stocked and while you can ask the front desk for water, they only have small bottles (200ml). The gym is small with treadmills, bike, dumbbells and a bench and the pool is a nice add on. Breakfast is simple but good for $20pp. The lobby bar makes a good espresso martini! Parking was convenient but $30 USD a night. The hotel has a grocery store, coffee shops and a TJ Max within walking distance. The bus stop to get to North end (35 minutes) and Fenway (hour) were close by or you could uber downtown for $30-$40+. Overall a great stay.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with everything from transportation to restaurant suggestions to storing our luggage. It is a clean and comfortable place, but the people made it great! If you’re a light sleeper, it is a bit noisy from the nearby trains and planes, but we were exhausted and didn’t care!

Not the hotels fault. It just a nightmare getting there.

Bed was not comfortable. Extremely hard and dipped to the edges. And my room was not very handicap accessible in the bathroom. Toilet was low and a regular shower would have been better than no a tub combo. Staff was lovely.

Decent experience. Not exceptional but room was as expected.

Room was lovely and spacious. Never responded to any messages. Claimed that rollaway bed was available on request, then told on arrival that it wasn’t. Charged for two days parking when I only had a car for one.

Nice hotel! Very close to the train/bus station which was convenient. Very clean overall and nice amenities

Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and helpful! Shuttle service was great too, they picked us up at the airport. They have a train station across the street and it is so close to the TD garden! Highly recommend this stay.
