The hotel was clean, nicely decorated l, and the staff were friendly. It's not the best location, but it's not terribly far away from the main Boston attractions.

The front desk who checked us in was friendly and nice. The room was a bit dirty. There were empty medication packages left in the room and a dirty Q tip on the bathroom floor. Not the worst? Notable for comfortable bed and pretty roomy room. About 15-20 mins from downtown Boston was a plus for us

Very few amenities offered at the hotel and not the greatest area of town. There was also a lot of noise from the street and businesses around it overnight.

Great customer service overall! The only downside was that there weren’t any mirrors in the room besides the one in the bathroom, which made it difficult to get ready and check ourselves before heading out to our event. The elevator was also out of service for one day, but the complimentary snacks were a nice gesture and appreciated. Overall, our stay was okay.

There's a handy 7/11 and some resturants within walking distance. The staff were all lovely. On the negative side the lifts were broken for my entire stay, never even seen anyone attempting to fix them. There was a private party and a lot of noise in the corridor around 1am and my card didn't work every single time I went back to my room, so I had to trail back downstairs (no lifts remember) to reception each time, often with shopping bags - this was annoying. After a full day out it's the last thing you need.

The elevator was broken for a few days. I felt like they should’ve given us some kind of compensation for each day the elevator was down.

Close to train station into Boston

Rooms were ok Lift broken. Ice machine broken. Facilities not available.

We were very happy with our stay and with the folks that run and manage this hotel.

Clean and friendly staff Nothing

It had somewhere to sleep. In a poor area, elevator broken, WiFi went out multiple times so no tv with two overtired toddlers, no ice machine had to go up to third floor, no real breakfast just muffins and juice, bathroom was dirty, waste of money

Clean room, good location with easy access to the city.

Customer service was amazing. The place itself is nice and clean. We got a great room in the 4th floor..bad thing was that elevator stopped working and we had to go up and down too many stairs. Also the coffee por in the room was not working properly.
