enVision Hotel Boston Everett

Check in was easy, comfortable bed, large clean room. Would stay again.

Clean cheerful room, bed was comfortable, location was close to Boston. Elevator was not working so I had to climb the stairs with luggage.

Check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff was very kind.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay! 😄

The hotel is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly helpful — especially the manager, Maria. I went to her with a small problem and she immediately took care of it. The next day, she even checked in with me to make sure everything was resolved. She’s truly on the ball and genuinely cares. The hotel itself is clean, peaceful, and overall a very pleasant place to stay.

I liked how easy it was so travel into the city from and that the bed was very comfortable it was so clean •couldn’t turn the ac down or off my room was cold •How small the bath • that it’s only grab and go breakfast

The lobby is very beautiful, clean and modern. The room was very clean and well lit. Staff was friendly. I paid extra for parking but it was right in front of the hotel doors so it helped a lot with loading and unloading our things. Everything was great. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center but that is what we were expecting. It was a great experience.

Parking costs $20 plus taxes/small fee on top of that which is charged at check-in. I was woken up after checkout time by a hotel employee in my room telling me to go while I was naked & asleep

Do not stay here. We arrived and the room was dirty. Hair in the sheets and on surfaces. We told the evening front desk agent and he was very apologetic. It was late at night so we decided to stay for one night and then checkout the next morning despite this being a two-night reservation. Before checking out we spoke with the morning front desk agent who said their manager agreed to refund us for the night we would not be staying. I have a receipt stating this. We were asked to email the manager to confirm the refund, which I did immediately. It’s now 4-days later and this hotel has charged my credit card 5 separate times since I checked out despite the reservation being paid in full by Expedia before my arrival. They also refused to issue the refund they promised. I now have to dispute this with my credit card company and lock my card. Absolutely shady business practices. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Good stay overall. Price was excellent compared to other hotels withing 20 minutes commute to Boston by public transport. I did read previous reviews about traffic noise and came prepared with ear plugs. This helped a lot. I wouldn't be able to sleep otherwise. My wife and kids were fine though, I guess it depends on how easy it is to disturb your sleep. Anyways, outside noise is the only reason I'm giving four stars, otherwise I would probably give five considering the price I paid. Thank you.

Audrey was absolutely fantastic! She was so personable, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Great customer service can really make a stay, and Audrey definitely did that for us. Thank you again!
