The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She gets 10 stars in my book.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Slept better than I do at most hotels.
-
Comfortable hotel as a more cost effective alternative to central Boston. Requires a bus then orange line train to downtown Boston but these are frequent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful.

The room was very cute, the bed was super comfy! The room wasn’t cleaned everyday and our room keys stopped working twice.

-
The rooms were clean and comfortable; not much in amenities and they have coffee in room but in lobby you have to pay for it and for breakfast which is just some pastries, cereal and yogurt.

The toilet broke. I packed up early, put suitcase in the car. Finished using the toilet. I was going to tell the person at the desk the problem. No one there. I’m finally threw my keys behind the desk and left.

One thing that really stood out to me — not only because it felt like great service, but because it simply made sense — was the fact that there was no early check-in fee. It’s a small gesture, but one that feels refreshingly forward-thinking, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this eventually becomes the norm across the industry. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Boston, MA. Great service, great experience. 👌
