Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

Highly recommended.

Very clean decent breakfast and the staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful

The only issue I had was there was no coffee cups in my room to make coffee in the morning

The hotel was close to the Chelsea stop for the T and made traveling around Boston so easy!

Very convenient to airport. Nice rms, comfortable bed and sleeping pillows. Hot breakfast served. Would stay here again

When we checked in, I asked about the $30.00 parking a night. The lady said there would be plenty of parking. When we returned from the city there was no parking available. We had to park across the street at the Chinese restaurant. Don’t think I should have to pay the $30.00 for parking. Elevator was down to only one. Just nasty all the way around.

If I will travel again to Boston, I will going to the same hotel.

A good place to stay for one night before flying out of Logan Airport.

Staff was helpful with scheduling the shuttle rides.

Overall this was a good stay. You have to phone for the shuttle. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not the best as there were out of several items and the used tables were not cleaned in timely fashion without the staff being notified. Also, if you are requesting a Lyft do it in the lobby and not in your room as the 'your location' can have you at another address

Clean, we’ll take care of, great staff. The breakfast was lacking. It’s kinda what you expect for a free breakfast at this caliber of a hotel. I probably have high standards because I work at a Forbes 5 star hotel as the breakfast chef. I just think it could be better if higher quality products were used. It’s all cheap highly processed foods. I at hard boiled eggs because I wouldn’t eat anything else. I was grateful for the hard boiled eggs. Otherwise I would have skipped breakfast.

AC was perfect, bed was comfortable, shuttle took you to the main area to then use public transportation, enjoyed the Mexican spot in front, and free breakfast. Great Deal

It was clean, comfortable, and friendly and I would stay again if I need a hotel near the airport!

Breakfast was fine. Room was fine. Front desk was helpful, especially going out of her way to connect me with another guest for dinner. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable. We took the shuttle marked "Hampton Inn" to the wrong location -- as did at least two others of which I am aware. When we boarded the van, the driver asked if we were going to "Hampton Inn." He did NOT indicate mention that he was headed for Revere, not Chelsea. We had to take a Lyft to Chelsea. My husband is in his 80s; it was raining; we had lots of luggage. Fortunately a young man in the same position helped us, but it is irresponsible of Hampton not to check with those boarding the vans. So easy to mark the van clearny and ask for clarification. We won't return.

Bed height is higher than level wheelchair transfer. 2nd floor room. Parking was located right in front of entrance, too. Decent location to Tea Party Museum and Cheers.

Nice and clean! Kind staff! And an incredible Mexican restaurant with amazing margaritas across the street! Will be back for our next Boston airport hotel! Great shuttle driver!
