Shuttle driver Elmer was excellent - friendly, prompt, got us efficiently to/from the exactly right spot at tge auroirt, A shuttle at a different hotel had us riding around between terminals for half an hour. Coffee all evening! Nice hot breakfast. Loved everything - they were great~

My room was changed from a King to a double queen

bed was comfortable staff was friendly and tried to be helpful poor location with very little choices in where to eat rug in room was dirty heat did not work coffee spot arranged awkwardly part of bathroom and walls in room in poor condition

The hot breakfast exceeded expectations. And the small private dining nooks were a plus -- eating and reading in privacy.

It’s very upsetting that their management doesn’t respond at all! I think they do this to everyone who has a complaint.

We stayed here overnight to board a cruise ship the next morning. Close to stores and restaurants. Clean property and friendly hosts.

I selected this location because they had shuttle service to/from the airport. No shuttle service after 11:30 pm, so we had to take an Uber. Checked in at 2:30 am and had to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes before someone come to the front desk to check us in.

Very comfortable mattress! Everything was super clean. Breakfast was good. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside for our two days was the coffees and hot water would run out late afternoon.

Nice property with amenities that are necessary. Good breakfast, little extras like hot tea on the lobby and breakfasts to take on the go. Good hotel! Pretty close to the action!
