Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

When using the airport shuttle make sure to ask the Hampton drive which one there are two nearby and no they don’t drop you off to the other one. Arrived and room was not ready told to wait 20 more minutes still not ready. Once a new worker came on they helped get into a room quickly. Otherwise everything was ok. If you park your car there are additional fees if it’s not included in your booking.

The hotel was nice. Couldn’t complain about anything really. just be aware that this hotel in not in boston. it is in Chelsea MA. it was advertised to be a 3 minute drive from TD Garden. in reality it was a 20 minute drive. we had to get ubers to and from because we were planning on walking everywhere but were unable to because of this false advertisement.

Check in and check out were smooth. The room was clean and the staff members were helpful. The snack area definitely came in handy for late hours.

Distribution center next door was very noisy. The time to get to Logan Airport was longer than expected.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in great condition, well located, and the facilities are very nice. The only area that could be improved is the room cleaning. We noticed that the floor did not seem to be vacuumed regularly, as small pieces of paper or debris left on the floor were still there the following day. Other than that, everything was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Although I don't need the room cleaned everyday, but it was not cleaned the 3 nights I stayed. Although the housecleaning staff may not have understood when I just wanted extra towels. Overall staff was friendly and front desk very helpful with information. Definitely would recommend staying at this location.

We had a king bed which was definitely ready to be replaced, the pillows were so flat and small we had to request more pillows. The sound of traffic and other people talking all night was the final straw. Definitely won’t stay here again. On the bright side they did give us a bag breakfast to take with us since we had to leave at 4 am to catch out flight

This is my second stay and I will be back again the next time I visit Boston. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. My room was immaculate and the breakfast is delicious. The gym is well equipped and clean. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport and is conveniently located near the commuter rail and bus stop in a safe area.

Only drawback was that I was waiting outside for the airport shuttle and the driver had called in sick. Only found out as I went to check with front desk as to where the driver was ( post departure time). It would have been helpful if a staff member had let those waiting know. In any event, Hampton Inn arranged for and picked up the tab for a Lyft driver which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Nice clean. Reasonable price.

I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle from the airport and being Hilton Honors members. We spoke to some about our arrival prior to landing then again after we received our bags in our final location and they told us they were on the way. Then when we were told that no one was coming, because they had already made too many trips (after already making arrangements for them to get us). It was also before 11:30 when they stop pickups which seemed very unprofessional, to just say no. When we arrived we had our 2 booked rooms on separate floors, spreading the family out (not a huge deal, but still inconvenient). To top it off we were giving keys to the wrong room, which was occupied.

One of the reasons we stayed with you was because you had a shuttle service to the airport, and we could take a simple breakfast with us. This year the breakfast was only a tiny muffin, and a sealed bottle of water that we couldn't take through security at the airport. We really miss the bagel and cream cheese! The breakfast was one of the reasons we stayed with you.
