Best Western Battlefield Inn-Manassas

Room was hot. Right next to an outer entry door, so you heard traffic coming and going all night

We spent the night with an extremely loud air conditioner as well as ants, mosquitoes, and cockroaches.

Everything seemed pretty standard. Not one for complaining but little more effort with coffee (very weak) No one likes weak coffee especially I! The morning & breakfast, if you're going to serve gravy for breakfast at least try to make it breakfast gravy like pepper gravy or sausage gravy and not package chicken gravy that goes on mashed potatoes or over baked chicken does not go well with eggs. Just a suggestion.

Staff was accommodating food good Ac didnt work in first room no hot water for half hr in second room

Pool was open and appeared clean (didn’t have time to swim myself) They had a basic breakfast buffet, not for me but it was free and had a variety of options. The hotel exceeded my expectations

Nothing. Sheets were not clean, the location is in bad shape and it matches the surrounding area. Tics, spiders, the shower barely worked, and the room didn’t feel private at all

Older property with outside entrances to the rooms. BUT, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the price was right for a one-night business stopover.

Location was fantastic! Went to a concert at jiffy lube live and it was an easy drive! Plus there is lots of other stuff in the area Ice machine not working, fairly run down building

Location was good and the room was very clean! The breakfast food.

Clean room The staff allowed a group of people to block the front entrance of the door when entering the building. The atmosphere when attempting to approach the building was not pleasant.

Staff was friendly. Good location. The room wasn’t very clean, my daughter got stuck in the bathroom the door was jammed. Also the AC wasn’t working . After a kind gentle man. Apparently manager came out and heard about my daughter been stuck in the bathroom he suggested getting a different room. We had to be in a concert and we lost an hour of our time. Second was decent.

Older no doubt but amazing housekeeping staff(the bathroom was exceptional)good breakfast, awesome pool. 2nd time I've stayed and will continue to use this facility in the future. Na

Very clean room. Nice and spacious. Has microwave and fridge in room. A lot of breakfast buffet choices.

Comfort peaceful good for family TV doesn't have too many channels very limited same channels all day I was there for 3 days the same thing

Room was not clean,place had bugs in room. Water did not work and front desk lady traded rooms for the second room to be more awful. The staff was rude to guest. They don't want kids there. Charged extra 100 dollar's. Pictures where of fancy areas.

I had put in the comment section I needed a handicapped room. Or something accessible for handicap. I got placed on the bottom floor, around on the side of the building and had 2 steps that was needed to even get into the building! The bathtub had no handles, no nothing to hold onto. All the rooms, handicap or not should have something to grab in case of a fall. The room wasn't anywhere remotely close to being handicap accessible. That was a total let down! No grab bars in bath, 2 steps to get into the building when specified i had a handicap adult. The cleanliness was mediocre at that. I found a cup from a previous guest behind the TV stand. I left it. Not my job. And there were sticky traps for bugs behind there too. Disgusting. Get a exterminator.

Great value. Very decent hotel with continued improvements. Better than average breakfast and a resturaunt on site. Easy access to major highways and every store you can name within easy driving distance.
