This property is a weekly monthly stay for homeless and construction workers. Not for a family or single female. The person at front desk had excellent customer service. The website is very misleading of this property. Picture makes it look like a perfect place. Not for a family or single person. Mostly place for state homeless and construction workers.

Dirty Rooms No working elevator

The place is very good for the money. The staff is amazing.

This place has bad ratings and I do not know why! Like it’s not a Hilton but it’s clean and the staff is amazing!

HORRIBLE,0/10 do not recommend. My room did not look like the pictures. Elevator was out of service. Staff got upset when I wanted to checkout and told me I wasn’t getting a refund.

I had a riif over my head Tolet git cl9gged, Kitchen drawer was broke, and the ekevator did not work fir the 2 weeks I was there. I had knee replacement and had to use the stair (from the 4th floor). Was not offered to change rooms.

Excellent

The property was over-run with roaches. When I spoke with management, the Gen. Mgr. acknowledged that they are working with an extiminator. However, until the problem is taken care of, the hotel should be closed. And I have stayed at many pet friendly hotels, and none have smelled as bad as this property.
