Nothing 1. The elevator was down both days and we had a disabled family member 2. The WiFi was spotty and going in and out during our first 45 minutes on property 3. The AC in our room was broken and did not work 4. Our room smelled like cigarettes and marihuna 5. The entire property smelled like marijuan

Close enough to the concert arena. Hotel had an odd odor which also was in the room. Room was very outdated. Floor felt like I had a greasy film, the bed sheets did not feel clean at all, the bathroom had hair in the sink and tub where you can tell it hadn't been cleaned prior to us going in. There also were no washcloths provided.

Just an overall dump. No elevator, no non-smoking rooms.

Checked in late and the person checking me in had the roll down door at the counter only open an inch at the bottom. Open the door and great your customers face to face. Very strange! Then ended up with a room definitely not worth the price I paid!

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Save your money and book literally anywhere else. After a brutal day of delayed flights, I arrived at 1:45 AM exhausted. The lobby was deserted with a sign to call a check-in number. The security gate behind the desk was pulled 90% down. I called, clearly waking up the front desk clerk. When she finally appeared, she didn't bother raising the gate. She spoke through the bars and made me slide my information through a tiny slit at the bottom. Upon getting my keys, I saw a written note that rooms are only cleaned "Every other 2 weeks." In reality, the entire property smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in two months. The nauseating stench in the hallways and room was unbearable. The room itself was revolting—I’ve stayed in military barracks with far better amenities. I lasted exactly two minutes before walking out. The desk was empty again, so I called an Uber, booked another hotel on the spot, and left. Absolute nightmare property. Avoid at all costs!

Stayed for 7 days. The TV only worked for 1 night. Apparently they couldn’t fix the situation in 6 days. Barely apologized

This property is a weekly monthly stay for homeless and construction workers. Not for a family or single female. The person at front desk had excellent customer service. The website is very misleading of this property. Picture makes it look like a perfect place. Not for a family or single person. Mostly place for state homeless and construction workers.

This place has bad ratings and I do not know why! Like it’s not a Hilton but it’s clean and the staff is amazing!
