Quality Inn Manassas

There was a big hole in the wall where someone appeared to have kicked it in. They tried to cover it up with some wallpaper. Didn’t work. Rest of the room was dingy and beaten up.

Check in and out were pleasant and efficient. Very good location of the hotel with access to main highways and roads, and convenience stores.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but the condition of the room was disappointing. It looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned or properly maintained in quite some time. There was a large cobweb stretching between the air conditioner and the curtains near the door, along with visible dirt and buildup in several areas. The lamps had rust spots, the upholstered chairs were torn and damaged, and there were marks and spots on the headboard and walls that appeared not to have been cleaned. The bathroom also showed visible buildup and discoloration around some seams and fixtures. I understand that an older hotel may have dated furnishings, but there is a difference between dated and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and condition of the room did not meet my expectations.

Well,I travel and stay 200 + days a year,this is the worse hotel I ever stayed,I mean the towels are the dirtiest ,bad cover has stains everywhere,breakfast is the worse.stay 2 different room are the same.

The gentleman at the front who checked me in was nice and efficient. The room Was very dingy. had a red chair in the corner that had burn marks on it and was stained. They gave 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. The TV had a big scratch on it. It just reminded me of a hotel room in a scary movie. The lights turned the room an orange color. Ohh and they gave only 3 small couch pillows to sleep with.

The hotel lobby smelled so strongly of moth balls it set off my allergies which gave me a headache. Thank goodness the room didn’t smell like that.

Decent motel with smoking rooms available. Staff was nice, I didn't see any bugs during my stay, the tv and everything worked fine. But the phone kept ringing with no one on the line when I answered, so I unplugged it until I checked out.

Staff was friendly, plenty of parking but I had to buy an air freshener because of the smell in the room. The worst was the bathtub. I thought it was a skid proof mat but it was two layers of self adhesive bathtub repair tape to cover holes in the tub. The heal of my food kept going in the hole and there was no way I was a talking a bath in that tub.

When I checked in, I was told that the rooms were cleaned every 3 days and deep cleaned every 5 days. My room was cleaned a total of (3) three time during my 28 day stay.

My room was not clean at all. The bed sheets had burned holes and hair on them. The tub was not clean at all.

Value for the price, easy access to restaurants

Property was easy to find and access. Staff was very , very nice Room seemed ok clean, but not spotless. My room was indeed of updating. Fridge rusted on out on outside. Recliner upholstery ripped. Bathroom wall splitting by shower. Nice stay, nice people, but ready for a renovation. Was there to see a Riley Green Voncert

The staff was polite, so I wish I could say good things about my stay. The lobby reeked of mothballs, which made you wonder about the underlying cause. The desk help said it had been like that for a while. The room AC was loud, which didn’t matter because the smell emanating from it was so bad I turned it off. So I didn’t sleep well because it was a humid night with no air. It looked like they tried to do well, but this hotel needs serious guidance.
