Comfort Suites Manassas Battlefield Park

The hotel was overall very good. It was comfortable and the staff was helpful. It was decently clean. Breakfast was satisfying with eggs and sausage. Some hotels don't offer that. The rooms and hallways smelled musty.

The room was clean and the furniture was nice, but the place is pretty rundown. The luggage carts are filthy, the phone in the room didn’t work, and the two computers in the “business center” didn’t work. I asked the front desk for a wake up call, but it never came. Won’t return, that’s for sure.

Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the eggs and meat were barely warm.

If you need a place for the night just to lay your head it might be okay. Breakfast was terrible front desk acted it’s just a job. We travel three or four times a year after this experience we will not stay at Comfort Hotel

There was a wedding being held in the conference/banquet room, which I have absolutely no issue with. The problem was that I was staying on the fourth floor and the music was so unbelievably loud that I could not only hear it clearly in my room, I could actually feel the bass. There was no reasonable way to relax, let alone sleep. At 10:00 PM, I called the front desk and politely asked if they could have the music turned down. Instead of showing any concern for a paying hotel guest who was unable to sleep, I was told that the wedding had paid for the conference room, the music would be over at 11:30 PM, and I could speak with the manager in the morning. That response was incredibly frustrating. I am fully aware that the wedding party paid for the banquet room, but I also paid for a hotel room with the reasonable expectation that I would be able to sleep in it. Apparently, their payment for the banquet room was considered more important than my payment for a guest room. I did not speak with the manager the following morning because I needed to get on the road and was already exhausted from the lack of sleep. Frankly, I should not have needed to track down a manager the next morning to address something that should have been handled appropriately when I called the front desk. I am extremely disappointed with both the noise level and, more importantly, the way my complaint was dismisse

Room was VERY clean we had a room with no ac was uncomfortable first night. Offered to move us (ty Cynthia! She was the only one who could speak clear english and help us) 2nd day no coffee till 7am told NO kitchen closed!! At 6:50am after being told breakfast 630-930 when we checked in was told on weekends 7-10. The hot tub is gone now and the hall with a bunch of kids smelled of pot so no desire for me to stay there again.

That it was close to the location I was going to. The toilet had a stain on it around the bowl and you can tell that in can come but it wasn’t clean. The shower walls and mold on it that need to be scrubs or wiped off as well. Air coditioner didn’t get cold it was hot in the room.

The front desk staff was pleasant. As I write this email we are checking out 9/20/2026. While the staff was pleasant we were overall dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed one night and encountered the below issues. 1. When we moved the table to pull out the sofa bed the floor was nasty. 2. The floor outlet was a defiant hazard. Easy to trip over or possibly cut your foot on. 3. Only one of our 2 keys worked once. We had them replaced 3 times and none of them worked. It was 8pm and front desk said she would call maintenance. At 10:30pm we heard some one pulling on the door and swiping. My husband went to the door and it was maintenance. There was no call or knock on the door to advise they were coming. It scared us and our children. 4. There were multiple people in the back of a pickup truck parked in the back that were smoking weed and drinking. Completely visible from the back patio and pool. This went on for several hours. 5. There was a party going on in one of the conference rooms which wasn’t an issue. However, they would come to the lobby and converse loudly for long periods of time. We were the first door off the lobby and this made it difficult for us and small children to sleep or cause us to be woken up. 6. There was a smoking bench outside our window in which we could hear them talking and smell their cigarettes and weed through the night. Normally, I wouldn’t have written for issues with a 1-night stay. However, you can see we had several issues and I felt the need to bring them to your attention. When people travel we have many places to choose from and we choose Comfort Suites to give our business too which we will not do again. If you actually took the time to read this email I thank you.
