Good bed, air conditioner, clean bathroom, no complaints about anything.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Parking excellent. Breakfast was so so. Overall nice experience and our room had a wonderful view of the lake.

Love the staff and the stay

Room was very nice and clean. Amenities were great except for the breakfast. It was mediocre but it was free. The staff there was quite and didn't engage much.bOther than that I would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was very disappointing! Very limited options. No bagels or English muffins, just plain bread for toast. No peanut butter to even add some protein. Only one type of juice. Bananas were over ripe. The eggs were in a very unappealing flat, circular shape.

Ant problem

I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on our experience. We only needed a one night stay thankfully, but I would imagine you could find something a bit better in the area. When we arrived there was no staff at the front desk at 5:00pm in the evening. We waited almost 15 minutes before someone came out and finally assisted us with getting checked in. At that time a line had formed of other people waiting. The hallway on the 4th floor was very warm and smelt very musty/dingy. As far as the room, the beds (2 queen) were TERRIBLE. I mean, it felt like they had hydraulics in them. The slightest move sent you bouncing. No support. The pillows were all thin and offered no support. Parts of the room/bathroom were dirty. The room had an awful smell to it. I am thankful it was only one night, because we HIGHTAILED it out of there in the morning. Did not take use of the amenities or breakfast just based on all those things alone. If cleanliness, comfort, and helpful staff isn’t your thing then this hotel will be perfect for you!

Staff was great to work with and the breakfast was plentiful - lots of choices. Beds were comfy and although the place may seem a bit dated, its very clean.

It was very nice and quiet.

Hallways in the hotel felt like you stepped into a sauna. Room wouldn't stay cool and there was a horrible racket off and on all night. Definitely a lot of wear and tear/rusty spots in the microwave and fridge. Breakfast wasn't great and the whole first floor smelled like chlorine. Staff was nice enough. You get what you pay for but I absolutely cannot do that heat again.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel, both clean and convenient.

Large, clean rooms, quiet place

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were nice. Breakfast was just ok. Overall the experience was average.

There was a dead rat stuck in the sinkhole and the housekeeper and maintenance guy lied about it being a rock. The maintenance guy removed it from the sink wrapped it in a towel and immediately left the room. The hotel manager was shocked and did her best to accommodate us but I checked out. There was no way I could stay after seeing that and knowing they lied about it.

The convenience close to shopping & eating. The rooms was clean also a great continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend

There was also a family "disturbance in the room directly across from us. Nobody answered at the front desk. I had to bang on the door myself and ask them to stop because my kids were terrified. Disappointed, to say the least, and won't stay again. Moving to a different hotel for the remainder of our trip.

Sofa bad to old requrd change you can not slep on it

Planned visit based on them having a pool and being pet friendly. We arrived the Friday of the Fourth of July and there were several events taking place which placed a strain on the cleanliness of the lobby. Then we decided to go to the pool only to find the atmosphere like a sauna and the pool filled with chemicals. Maintenance attempted to alleviate the problem by opening the outside doors to no avail. This went on for a majority of our vacation leaving our party without pool services. Then the only exit to take my pets out of was through the front entrance. No privacy. Then they said no eating in the room or face penalty. Then why the hell do they have a fridge and microwave in the room. Dumb dumb dumb. Not the comfort inn I’ve experienced in the past.
