Comfort Suites Manassas Battlefield Park

The front desk staff was awful. My room was not ready for check-in at 3, they ignored me while they checked in no less than 10 groups. I was very upset and disappointed.

While the staff was exceptional during my whole stay I had no WiFi . The business center didn’t have printers that worked or were filled with paper . The AC unit was extremely noisy . The telephone in the room had to be replaced . The TV and other amenities in the room were very outdated . Overall I was disappointed. In a positive note the staff was wonderful and the coffee in the morning great until it hit to the bottom then it was nothing but coffee grinds . The breakfast was extrinsic and looked /tasted as if it all was made in a microwave. Much needs updating . Could really benefit from making it a “historic vibe “ since it’s labeled as such . Staff was amazing .

Clean, welcoming, and close to everything. Parking was a bit limited and the only entrance is the main entrance.

location was fine-didn't make the breakfast Mold in the sink, mold in the shampoo bottle-we had to leave after one night-my allergies

It was good for one night with a family of 5.

Parking was good.

Wide variety, clean, good food.

The hotel was very clean and room was a nice size. Couple of issues I did have was we were located right by elevator which was both good and bad, being right by room was nice, but the bing every time someone got on or off elevator got annoying later at night (after midnight). My biggest complaint was the moving of tables and chairs down stairs for breakfast setup from 12:00 until after 1 AM. I heard the furniture being pushed or dragged across floor until we'll after 1 AM.

The room is overpriced for what you get.The room stunk with a moldy musty smell.The hotel had a lot of shady people staying there too.

Inhave a really clean room and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was really good too. They have a lot of parking.

Bed made lots of noise when rolling over or getting up. Sounded like metal underneath was bad

The place is aging and needs some work. TV did not work. Cheap batteries in remote were dead. When I turned TV on manually, I got a "no signal" display. Shower rod was falling off the wall. Coffee? The machine in room makes a hot cup of brown water, and the stuff in the lobby is not much better. Breakfast was tolerable at best. You get what you pay for.

Room was very large and comfortable. My only complaint was there were odd, small pillows. Plenty of towels and having a fridge was convenient.

Clean rooms, nice patio area and friendly staff. I would stay again.

Great place to stay, definitely recommend

The breakfast was amazing! The toiled didn't always flush at first try.

The room view of the water feature was nice. Too bad people spoil it with litter. The over flowing trash cans at the front of the hotel. I noticed the day I check out they were empty, but they were full most of the time I was there.

Selection was good. Coffee WAY too strong. Pancakes cold Coffee. Tasted like it had been cooking all day. Floor needed swept. We were there at 710 so not many people were there
