The resort looks tired. It needs a few repairs. The staff was friendly. We did not eat at the resort, but the next tiem we stay I would like to stay longer. I am not convinced that we received the benefits of the resort that we paid for on our resort fee. I attended a wonderful yoga class with Jasmine. I highly recommend the yoga, and the pool looked inviting, and I wish I had swum laps there. We will try it again, but I think the resort is overpriced given the quality of the amenities and its condition.

bellman = excellent guy. Best person that we met. Food was good, some employees did not like their job

We had the best time at the Equinox. The staff was exceptional, from the bellman, the front desk staff to the spa personnel. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

We loved the historical architecture and ambiance. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We only wish that the hot tub stayed open later (it was closed at 8:30 pm). The restaurant was too dark and dull looking ( could have used better lighting and more color). The food was delicious!

This was such a disappointment! My wife and I went for our 30th Anniversary as we stayed there about 30 years ago and loved it!! My wife wanted to go again. I was skeptical as I saw the reviews were not the greatest and the price was a lot cheaper than it once was. I told my wife that we may not want to go but she insisted. The reviews were being nice! The place is in such bad shape and nothing like it once was! The staff at the front desk were very rude and not helpful at all! They seemed like they didn’t want to be there as much as we did. The staff did tell us that new investors bought the place and will hopefully fix up the place! Next time we will stay at the Manchester Inn.

The food was excellent in the bar for both dinner and lunch. Staff was great and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We had some problems with the AC blowing cold air and the phone. We were told that our 40.00 per night amenity fee would be waived.

My room was decent but the ants were outrageous. There were ants everywhere and I was killing them every couple minutes. My card was charged like 4 times, different prices each time. The guy at the desk when I was checking out was helpful but the staff the first day was rude and so was the breakfast staff to the point I bought the breakfast package BUT STILL HAD TO PAY THE BREAKFAST BILL. And they added automatic gratuity. Not that I have a problem with tipping but to automatically add it because you were mad I took a little time to pay when I was just trying to figure the package out that I bought. They gave us a bottle of wine for my boyfriends birthday tho which was such a plus.

The hotel is excellent the complex exterior needs some attention as you might expect do to it’s age.

This historic hotel had always been one of our favorite in past years. It needs repairs and painting inside and out.

Stayed as a bridesmaid and wedding guest in the hotel recently. The rooms were dated and we found mold on the shower ceiling tiles. The main building is kept in better condition but rooms could definitely use some TLC. Staff was super friendly though!

I’ve stayed here before and I’m glad I returned. The staff is friendly. I ate dinner at the bar after a long day. The filet was cooked as requested and the asparagus was fresh. I made use of the pool the following morning. My stay was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful!
-
Love the location. So beautiful surrounded by mountains. It was the location of my son’s wedding. They did an amazing job.
-
It was a beautiful setting! Service was slow. Our room had a slight smell to it and the pull out couch was dirty. We were very hopeful and are very understanding. Sharing this input to help hotel improve their services.
-
Beautiful property. Loved staying in this historic and wonderful property.
-
The room I bought and the room i got wad poles apart. I paid for the most expensive room with the highest rate. I got the smallest dirtiest room. Not on the main building. After waiting hours. No apologies. No accommodations. Late night rowdiness. No parking. List goes on and on.

The room was clean and comfortable. However the food in the tavern wasn’t as good as we expected.

30th Anniversary Celebration. Honeymoon was in Manchester. Great to return
-
The staff was the best, attentive, helpful, and concerned. The hidden Resort Fee if booking direct, but Bookings.com did not have any hidden fee, so we went through Bookings.

The Spa facilities and offerings are wonderful. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant! The surroundings of Manchester never disappoint us.
