The inn is beautiful and quiet with a lovely pond and garden for sitting. The food is wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and every staff person was friendly and happy to help with great local information. Adirondack chairs in a beautiful back yard compliment this extremely well maintained historic property.

We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and had a truly excellent meal and excellent service. Breakfast is served in a basket that can be picked up in the dining room or delivered to your room. All in all, our stay was exceptional.

Place was dirty and run down. There were ants in the window seal in the dining area.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at The Reluctant Panther. The property was beautiful and conveniently located just a short drive from the town center. There are also restaurants and other hotels within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was delivered to our door each morning. Shout out to Richard for an easy check in/out. We hope to come back for another stay.

Richard at the front desk was welcoming and professional. Our suite did not have heat and desk closed at 11,while we got to our room at 12.

The cottage was amazing! Breakfast was incredible every day and we wound up eating at the Restaurant one evening and the food was first class.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. We were given a room upgrade to the library room which was greatly appreciated. It was a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfasts that were delivered to our door in a basket were delicious. Definitely a cut above the normal fare.

It feels like home when we stay here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our room was upgraded and we loved the fireplace and jacuzzi tub! Breakfast is delivered right to your room in a lovely picnic basket. This was our second stay. We will definitely be back.

Stunning room with fireplace and view over pond to mountains beyond. Staff very welcoming and escorted us to room. Chef was a true gift to the Inn, his highest goal is to make the customer happy. Beautiful facility, perfect location.

The fireplace was a nice touch, loved the bed and bathroom. The basket breakfast was very enjoyable. Great location close to everything. We couldn't get the ironing board to fold, and there was only one small folding table to eat the basket breakfast on.
