Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Joy/Lancaster West

Cleaning staff were extremely loud, banging, door slamming, yelling and at one point one of them had Spanish music blasting out loud via speaker. Overall it’s a good hotel in a good location and well taken care of.

The property was very clean and very nicely located near many food options and a gas station Our first morning there most of the breakfast was gone and it was only 8:30am, there was a wonderful woman trying her best, but lots of items were gone. The mattress was just on a spring platform and I could feel the springs through the mattress. Over it was a nice hotel

Everything was great!

The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room” sign on the door.

Hot tub controller was not marked and was by the door to come in the pool . . Hot tub was at the far end of the pool - no where near the controller for jets . But we enjoyed the hot water lol

honestly have no complaints besides the thermostat didn't work well in my room. besides that everything was great, even had renovations going on and could hardly tell the way the staff and contractors worked around the guests and such

Very nice room, clean and spacious. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

If I could give 7-stars, I would. The staff made the experience great. The staff was the friendliest and most accommodative group I’ve ever experienced in my travels. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yes to both.. Breakfast was hot and delicious!! Parking was easy and i could see my vehicle from my room.Room was clean as akways and staff was kind and very helpful.

Everything was fine there. The only issue I had was that I went out for the day late one day, stopped at the front desk and to have the room cleaned and bedding changed. When I returned the bathroom was cleaned but the sleeping area was not touched. I really wanted the bedding changed and it was quite late so I just putted the top sheet up and went to sleep since it was my last night. That was the only thing I did not like.

Clean, easy to get to. Nice breakfast Bit noisy but not later in night

Great place and clean. Only suggestion is offer vege omelets not only ham
