I would stay again.

I will never stay there again.

I asked them to change my room and for a new room on the third floor, opposite side. There wasn't a smoke detector in my room just the wires, and it was quite noisy with other guests. The front staff were helpful with checking in (although the checking in system wasn't working when I checked in, not their fault). The breakfast was good. But overall I wouldn't stay here again.

Hot tub broken Laundry room flooded Housekeeping never came after three nights of stay Ants found in room at 2 am Moved to a different room at 2:15 am No running water for an entire day I checked out a day early because of the water situation. I still got charged anyways. I shouldn’t have been charged for the light we had an ant problem also. Extremely disappointed in this hotel.

Clean and nice staff Bed was comfortable but need better pillows

We loved our stay! Staff was phenomenal, accommodating and friendly! We got to swim in the pool it was nice. The rooms were clean and everything was good!

Needs some work on keeping hot tub ready to use but all in all room was nice and comfy / clean and they are in the process of updating I believe

My Wife found a hair in the bed

Room was great however the shower door would not close

The front desk staff were amazing! We were staying there due to a storm that took out the power. They were very accommodating and make us feel like home. I couldn’t recommend them enough! If this ever happens again, we will for sure be staying at this hotel again.

The staff was truly amazing and made me and my boys stay there feel special.

Cleaning staff were extremely loud, banging, door slamming, yelling and at one point one of them had Spanish music blasting out loud via speaker. Overall it’s a good hotel in a good location and well taken care of.

Everything was great!

The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room” sign on the door.

Exceptional

Hot tub controller was not marked and was by the door to come in the pool . . Hot tub was at the far end of the pool - no where near the controller for jets . But we enjoyed the hot water lol

honestly have no complaints besides the thermostat didn't work well in my room. besides that everything was great, even had renovations going on and could hardly tell the way the staff and contractors worked around the guests and such
