Good stay large property

For the price I expected more. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room. There was a microwave near the ice machine and coffee available in the morning near the front desk. With a restaurant on the premises being able reheat leftover food in my room would've been nice. Much of the furniture was run down. We stayed here because my son had tournaments over the weekend and I felt it would be better to stay at the venue, and avoid the extra traveling. The pros were not having to pay for parking each day, we didn't have to go far in-between games, and my son was able to sleep in a while longer. The bottom floor was really loud, we were on the 3rd floor which I was told at check in was a quiet floor. I was very grateful to be on the 3rd floor. Get there early as parking on the weekend in nearly impossible between 7am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. There should be more hotel guest parking for such a large venue. Not sure I would stay here again. Hotels.com had the best price and rewards. Also $50 a day deposit!

If you are playing at the 'nook its the place to stay
-
Perfect place for sports events happenings. Right on location with restaurant on site.

Rooms are clean and nice, but the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all. Very light shower pressure also.
-
The room we stayed in was ok. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling off, the shower water wouldn’t get hot. No microwave in units but they a community microwave which in my opinion is kinda gross.
-
I enjoyed the facility
-
I loved being right with the event. It’s easy to go back to your room during breaks.
-
Staff were amazing. Location was perfect, since we were there for a basketball tournament. Didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities
-
You need something you have to go downstairs to ask. Staff are very good and nice.

Being inside the convention center was the selling point. The food in the restaurant was not bad. The rooms, they were old and half the rooms were looking inside the convention center corridors which was weird because you don’t get to see the sunlight if you stay in one of those rooms. it’s kind of claustrophobic. Even though I am not, I felt like trapped and used the room just to sleep. To rest I preferred to stay outside of the room during the day.

The rooms are alway clean and the staff is always helpful. I wish the rooms had a microwave. There is only a fridge.

access to parking and arena

I appreciated the onsite setting and ability to go back to my room between games as needed Parking wasn’t regulated so some that wasn’t staying at the hotel still parked in the hotel lot
-
So bad that I saw numerous people go out and buy their own, myself included. They were extremely lumpy and had an odor. Furniture in room was peeling and there were hair ties and bobby pins and trash on the floor when we got into our room, so it was not cleaned well prior to our stay. Location and ease of getting into the venue were fantastic and restaurant was good, but just very upsetting that every pillow was in bad condition.
-
Restaurant on site as well as an arcade and plenty of things to do. It was a little hard to find.
-
The parking was difficult. There was a tournament going on and we drove around for some time looking for a spot. We ended up way in the back. We were expecting that to be an issue.
-
Very nice and convenient facility. Great value. Could use some updating in bathroom.

Everything was perfect
