Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lancaster - Mount Joy by IHG

The hotel was lovely, in an excellent location with easy access to highways, food and shopping. The front desk staff were very helpful-- I had a minor issue when I first checked in and the clerk came to my room and addressed it right away. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. I was there Sunday -Thursday, so it was not busy, but it was still very quiet. Despite the over 100 degree heat, the AC worked well, even in the common areas. The breakfast included hot foods and was very fresh. For a relatively new building, the elevator was VERY clunky and kind of scary-- I took the stairs most of the time.

The best for families

Staff was lovely, but the room smelled musty and needed a deeper clean, the elevators shook, and much of the gym equipment was either broken or missing. The breakfast was good and, for people going to Spooky Nook, it’s convenient.

Cleanliness of hotel its 6 years old but looks brand new. Upset I missed breakfast heard it was fantastic.

Too expensive. I don't honk when I booked this hotel the price was that high. They raised the price. Too expensive
