Great downtown location No elevator

Location great! Loved the river walk! Staff very friendly and let us know why they could not give us advance info about the parking situation before we arrived The parking situation. Street closure and parking area were both under renovation. We did find a street parking area nearby.

Leaving the facility for the last time. No public parking. Parking lot is deteriorating. Been like that all summer according to locals. Mattresses were absolutely disgusting. No working elevator, ice machine and coke machine. Had to enter our level of rooms through reconstruction of parking area. On shift mangers response was if you dont like it go somewhere else.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room

We really liked that it was in town and an easy walk to Lake Michigan. It was also clean. The only problem we had was the bed was extremely soft. Me and my wife prefer a little stiffer.

Parking lot closed, so have to park on the street, room was dated, had a nice view of the river.

There was only granola bars and coffee Parking lots were closed so it was difficult hauling luggage to and from room

Doors to Main Street were closed off. Parking lot was being repaired. Had to park a block away on commercial street and make 2 trips with my suitcase and items to hotel. If you didn't have a lake view you were looking at a wall or the parking lot. When I checked out I was made aware that I would have saved $50+ dollars by going direct rather than using Hotels.com On plus side on major street with lots of shops and stores. Could walk to my favorite coffee shop.

The Inn was great! Very clean, good price, good water pressure, comfortable beds and extra items (towels, toothbrush, coffee packets for your room, etc) were easily accessible in the ice room on main floor. We knew there was not breakfast but it was nice to have a basket of bars/cookies as well as coffee creamers/syrups in the ice room to tide us over u til we left to go eat. Being right downtown I worried about noise but it was very quiet and peaceful. LOVED the riverwalk! You can go all the way from the inn to the beach. It has lots of places to sit and enjoy the view of the river/boats. My wife and I both commented on how much care is put into to keeping the riverwalk and whole town clean and welcoming. Your location was perfect for exploring Leland, Frankfort and Ludington. The little shops/restaurants are nice. Explore the whole riverwalk or you could miss something! We will definitely be back to the inn!

Location, downstairs room size, pleasant front desk. Unclean, beat up room, poor bed and pillows, no working elevator, disheveled facade and front desk area.

The best part is the location, it's right in the middle of Riverwalk, so it's within walking distance of a great number of Little stores restaurants and beautiful scenery. Parking is a bit tricky as they are redoing their lives but the staff will guide you to the proper place. Rooms were clean and if anything the bed was too soft! Overall it was a great day and we will definitely be coming back again. If you are in Manistee and are looking for a great location right in the middle of Riverwalk, this place is right for you!
