Room was extremely clean. Lots of hot water and pressure for shower. Very nice and cute common area. Personalized breakfast choices are a nice add.

This was hotel was a nice surprise. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I haven slept in. The staff was friendly and inviting.

Breakfast could be done differently.

Manager was quick to help even though he couldn't fix it. Breakfast was great and cooked to order so hot and fresh. Hotel was convenient distance to ferry.

Wish I never booked this place. Room had a hole in the wall and floors were sticky! Gross!! Breakfast was mediocre at best. Avoid if you can.

Staff were unkind and not helpful at all. I would never stay here ever again. They ignored me and didn’t answer any questions I had.

You order ahead your breakfast and tell them when you will be coming down for it... that was different, but tasty!! It was ready when I came down.

The room was nice and clean. Everything is good.

Location, comfort The bathroom either hadn’t been cleaned or it had not been used for a while. The tub had soap scum and the toilet had a ring of mildew.

The staff was nice and the property was pretty clean. The evening staff at the desk seemed to struggle with English. The rooms are the size of a closet which is fine as we were only there to sleep and leave again but the mattresses were horrible! Worst mattresses we have ever slept on. The a/c in the room doesn’t actually get cold. Also, if you are looking for a cold drink from their convenience grab n go area, you might want to try the gas station. This place has a proper beverage cooler yet it doesn’t actually get cold enough to even cool drinks down.

Breakfast was made to order. Ver personable!

Hotel was older and needed updating. Beds and the water pressure were the best things about here. Toilet had a black ring around the inside and got plugged. Bedding did have spots on it and the carpet was old. Bathroom needed upgrading. Breakfast was a breakfast sandwich, mini waffle, tiny Danish, and sausage and biscuit. Staff was great.

The lobby, eating area and outdoor sitting area were very nice and well-maintained. The room we had was ok. It smelled a bit musty at first. The bathroom had been re-done but the stuffed chair and carpet were stained. The microwave needed a good outside cleaning. The refrigerator was clean. The walls had so.e stains, etc. Sadly most places never deep clean. The bed was comfortable, sheets seemed clean and the pillows were big and very nice, and the air conditioner / heater worked well.

Convenient location to downtown. Mostly clean and comfortable for being old and little rundown.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awful. They need quality food and a better cook. Had to go to the lobby to get coffee, ice, etc. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. No daily room service as promised. Windows on the first floor were unlocked and easily opened (check your windows for security!). Several rooms door lock systems quit working and staff had to unlock your door for you - this took way too long to fix. Though I do have to credit the owner for trying to do this in a timely manner, he should have been more prepared. Overall, not worth what they charged.
