Harbor Town, BW Signature Collection

The advertising for the property implies that it is near the water which it isn't. It is on a busy street near strip malls and we didn't think it was very safe. We decided not to stay

Nicely decorated, outdoor space and game area are nice amenities. Maybe some may be residents and lingering at the entrances.

Room was terribly musty and unacceptable, especially for anyone with allergies, but with arriving after midnight I did not have the time or energy to ask to change rooms and the hotel seemed full anyway. The little dehumidifier in the corner was zero help. Complete waste. The room we had should not even be made available until the musty smell is rectified. We got up and left first thing in the morning and skipped breakfast just to get out of there and move on. Very disappointing.

Very reasonable rate, breakfast (made to order) included, and coffee available 24/7. The room was very clean, as was the entire property.

The breakfast is a hot breakfast that you order ahead the night before. You pick your food and pick the time you want to eat and it will be ready for you at that time.

Overnight stay. The place is a little older & shabby, but it was clean and wifi was good.

I’ll start with the good - staff was helpful and we had no issues there. However, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The room was damp and my allergies were horrible during the stay. The room was clean but certainly run down and in need of freshening up. Our room was also right next to their laundry room so occasionally we’d hear the machines. Breakfast had somewhat limited options but tasted good - you had to order the night before and pick what time you wanted it. This worked well 2/3 nights but one day we waited over 30 minutes from our chosen time for it to be ready so you definitely need to add some buffer time if you have time sensitive plans - maybe don’t pick one of the last times on the weekend. The latest time you could choose was 8:45 even on the weekend. While we didn’t need it, the guest laundry was out of order but ice machine was working and handy. Overall it’s a place to stay and certainly OK for a short stay if you have realistic expectations. If some run down things bother you, you want more flexible breakfast, or dampness in room bothers you then it might not be for you.

The hotel's facade doesn't do justice to the hotel. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, fluffy comforters, choice of pillows, Breakfast is served to individual preference -- breakfast sandwich with several sides to choose from cooked to your specs -- surprising experience given that is a quaint little hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great hotel especially when looking for a one night stay.

Everything is been so Good,specially the rooms and the guys from Front desk They're so helpful and Nice..Breakfast in the morning is so Delicious and good..Thank you guys for everything and see you to the next time..Have a great day

Only suggestion I’d make is that there was a place to hang garments - no closet space

My father, son, and I stayed at Harbor Town Inn for the Road America Endurance Race Weekend. I thought the Harbor Town Inn was a very cost effective hotel. The hotel is clean and I had everything I needed for my stay. The staff was very helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast which was included with the room. I would stay here again.

Very accommodating staff

The temp on the air conditioner was able to turned down lower than most. Hot water was very hot. No elevator. Had to carry all my luggage up stairs. The back parking lot didn't feel safe. Maybe some visible cameras. It was apparent there had been some updating but some of it was done poorly, for example, the wall behind the toilet wasn't painted all the way. The carpeting had stains on it. The curtains had some type of black substance, either grease or mold. Lastly, the facility was dirty. The stairs hand rail at the front entrance had so much grime on it if you held onto it you could feel it. You could also see it.
