Hotel was great, no major issues. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property and room was a little outdated and could use some updating and minor repairs, but I would still return and come back. Great location and just a little south from Green Bay. We used the hotel for our base camp before a Packers game.

Desk staff was unfriendly and rather odd. No towels at the pool until we requested them. The room was musty smelling. There was damage in the bathroom to a wall that was obviously old. Seemed neglected. Doubt we will stay there again. Family said it was once a beautiful hotel to stay.

Room was clean and pleasant. Bathroom had a leak either behind toilet or in sink as floor was soaked when came back to room at 11am. Breakfast was horrible. We had a conference there and 1st day they didn’t have lunch ready and order dominos pizza to try to make up and took an hr. Next day lunch was identical to dinner night before other than what they called chicken cor’ don blue(which center was cold) was baked chicken. Water was only Bev, no dessert and price we paid was ridiculous for their food. Conference coordinator left the week of conference. Owner was serving lunch. Staff not knowledgeable , pleasant but no clue. Can’t imagine they will stay a Holiday Inn…sad! I would not stay there again!

We’ve been staying here for several years, current ownership is letting the place go. Noticed a trail of drywall dust/debris going past the front desk to a main hallway 3 out of 4 days of our stay, Kids refused to swim in the pool for two days because of the floating band-aids and more around the pool. Large piece of wall covering was cut out and I noticed the wall was damp during the rain. Large front windows in lobby leaked during the rain too- staff had plenty of towels out on the floor to soak up the water. Staff are always nice and try to help. Didn’t appreciate the guy in jeans and rock band shirt tossing handfuls of chlorine pellets into the pool at 1pm while I was in the hot tub. Beds were clean, not worth the money we paid though. Will look elsewhere for our next trip to Manitowoc.

pool was full of families which is no big deal but their parents weren’t even watch their kids… front desk workers were amazing but their was this lady who was I think a supervisor of some sort following my 1 year old because she was loud…

Clean room. Courteous staff. Parking was fine. Disappointed that there was no complimentary continental breakfast. Would have to pay 7.99. Went elsewhere

The hotel is definitely outdated, but it's clean. Don't let Expedia charge you for the breakfast, as I paid $11 for each of us but when I got to the hotel it was free.

The check-in staff was very nice and helpful, and the building itself is what you expect from a hotel built and furnished in the 1980s. However, our air conditioner didn't work, and it was 94 in our room. We called the front desk and then waited for two hours for maintenance to show, then cancelled the call because we had to get some sleep before an early departure.
