It was ok for a one night stay. The check in & out persons were "just there". Not hateful but not not overly friendly. Nice pool. Eggs at breakfast tasted "different". Not bad just different from normal scrambled eggs. Room was clean with nice little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

I requested a ground floor room as there is NO elevator and they were able to accommodate my request. Pet fee was $30. I would stay here again for sure. Nothing

Booked the hotel to visit Mohican State Forest on a birding tour across Ohio. Great location and happy with the Best Western standards that we are used to in Canada (and Europe). Breakfast was good. Staff accommodating. No negative comments.

We checked in, out 20 minutes later. Room not clean, beds have protruding sharp metal supports, hair around sink, dirty toilet. Trying to get money back from Irbitz.

Do not book this hotel and pay for it in advance because they will make you pay twice when you get there because they say they don’t get their money for over 30 days so you have to pay when you get there and then file a complaint with Hotels.com it’s definitely a scam they’re running

Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.

The only thing that was nice about the place was the looks of the room. We thought we were going to have a special weekend until the breakfast made my husband sick the first morning to the point that we needed to go home.. They give you a receipt when you check out for what your charges are and what your refund will be from your deposit and then 2 days later come up with lies and start charging your credit card and robbing you thinking you won't find out until it's too late.

No elevator, very outdated, uncomfortable, and obnoxious housekeeping practices.

Room was clean, bed was uncomfortable, only had a sheet and 1 blanket with small pillows, shower water pressure was lacking. Didn't make it to breakfast but looked like it would have been nice. Front desk staff was very nice.
