The cottages and turtle pond were charming. If you intend on cooking your meals on site, I recommend bringing everything you think you may need for cooking and eating a meal.

Convenient cozy and clean! Little small

Great location and the cottage was nice

The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The was amazing water pressure and didn't run out of hot water. Perfectly located within Mansfield. We traveled with 3 adults and our German Shepherd dog and we had enough room. Room was cozy and decorated well.

Room was very cute and the jacuzzi tub was great! Was able to easily chat with staff t text and they responded very quickly

It was very beautiful, clean and quiet. It was definitely one of the nicest places i’ve stayed. The staff i talked to was super friendly and helpful. It was a little hard to find the cottage but we just called the receptionist and she helped us out and was very kind.

The location and jacuzzi tub The lack of communication. I messaged days before our visit to ask if our cottage would have a stove (pic show small stove but amenities don't include it), got no response. So, when we arrived with a cooler full of food to cook and realized it was a waste, did not start our day off well. We could not get our WiFi to work; she had no idea how to fix it and did not go out of her way to figure it out. So, no food and no background noise lol oh and my husband had to kill a huge wolf spider so we didn't have company will enjoying the jacuzzi.

Check in was ridiculous. I called the number I was given in the email 6 times, texted multiple times and called the number to spruce hill 3 times trying to check in. Finally got ahold of someone and gave her my last name and was told the cottage number. I said do we walk in? Is there a key code? All I got is walk in there is a key in there. The place is a dump. Junk everywhere outside the cottages. The room could have been cute, but the amount of junky furniture all around collecting dust and bugs all over it. Bugs all over the room (luckily no bed bugs). The room smelled musty. I was so excited for the jetted tub, until I realized there was no plug. I messaged the number at 7pm and got no response. At 10pm they sent a message saying sorry I left a plug on your front porch. The whole point of getting this room was for the jetted tub! The heat in the cottage was like the heaters in a hotel room. The thermostat must have been broke. The heat wouldn’t stop unless you shut the whole unit off. So it was either sweat to death or freeze. Oh and walking from the car to the front door was a sloppy mess, I understand the snow is melting but literally had to walk through a mud puddle to get in. I love hidden gems…. This is definitely not one of them! 0/10 would not recommend. Reminds me of hills have eyes!!!

TV was setup with restrictions so a lot of the shows were not available to watch.

It was clean No hot tub as stated not the room we booked and abandoned rv with a creepy man living in it staring at us all night right outside our door pics of property on their site are not what it looks like at all when we explained to property I was scared they did not care
-
Private and quite The beds were a little uncomfortable
-
It had everything I needed. Set up was very nice inside. Liked having the small pond out front and sitting on the porch drinking coffee in the morning. It was so peaceful!!! No complaints
-
Nothing was as the website showed. Very trashy place.
-
Nothing The room had to much stuff had a smell and bed was old.

The location was right next to Snowtrails and 16 min drive to Malabar Farm. Not at all like the pictures! The pictures are from years ago, as well as the good reviews. It is now very run down and not clean. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The decor was hideous and random chaos. We didn't get a good night sleep. Didn't want to sleep under the covers. It was very disappointing to say the least.

The cottage was interestingly decorated A little too much furniture crammed in a small space. Outdoors was not well maintained. Area has a lot of potential, but unfortunately landscaping and surrounding area were kind of junky looking. Also, muffins or the like would have been great for breakfast.

Would stay again.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and quiet. We were left alone and didn't even see other people, wich is what we wanted. There was a fire pit outside and a nice deck off the living room area. The staff only interaction was when they asked if we needed towels, tp,or trash removal, and when we asked where we could order something to eat. We never want to leave. Absolutely nothing

Lots of space .
