Fox News was not available on the TV. The staff said that Spectrum, their TV provider, did not provide Fox News. That is untrue. We've had Spectrum TV at our house for years and Fox News is one of the many channels offered. We've also stayed at many other motels where Spectrum was the provider and Fox News was available. Perhaps the staff or owners did not want that side of politics offered to those who stay there? In any case, the staff MUST be truthful, which they were not.

Staff was helpful and friendly, booked a room that was supposed to accommodate 5; 2 adults and 3 kids and there were only two double beds in room. Thankfully there was a rollaway he brought us but since it was a suites I assumed there would be a couch; I was wrong.

The rooms were clean but had an underlying pet odor (just fyi for those without indoor pets).

The swimming pool was wonderful. Clean, warm. Hot tub was great too. Towels avail. Open late too!! I’ll go back for this

Plenty of peeling paint on interior doors, duct paint used in elevator to hold a small door in place. Sheets were stained from something, will never stay at one of these hotels again

We especially enjoyed the in room whirlpool for two.

Very nice & clean room! Lots of pillows. AC worked great!

Our stay was okay. The property was not well cared for. It seemed like the locals booked rooms on the weekend to use the pool and it was occupied well after closing time. The reviews were good so we booked here. Definitely needs a refreshing of the physical hotel areas. The building exterior is falling away, the rooms were musty smelling even after running AC for hours. Staff was nice, and beds were comfortable. When we returned from dinner there was not a single parking spot available. The staff allowed us to park in the back on the curb.

Didn't like having to go to the second floor to get ice

Front desk staff was amazing, both with check-in and with other requests throughout our stay. Our room needs some attention (fix toilet seat and sink drain) but overall it was clean and sufficient for our needs. The hotel is very dog-friendly.

I had to ask for access to their Wi-Fi system for which they did give me a code but apparently it normally is only available to their frequent traveler membership. Breakfast was limited but fairly typical of hotels and motels in their tier. It also is convenient being at an exit of the interstate so you can hop right on if you need to travel.

The staff were so nice with the exception of one...We went to our room and it smelled absolutely terrible!! I can't even describe the smell.. but I figured once we turned on the ac it would go away.. so we made every effort during our stay.. even got air fresheners.. didn't want to have to move rooms bc I had so much luggage and they only had 2 small carts that were taken most of the time.. then 2 am rolls around and a customer is screaming at the staff.. totally out of their control.. but she went in an out of the lobby multiple times waking everyone down the hall up multiple times... they waited 2 hours to call the cops.. once again.. I let it go bc I felt bad for the staff even though my kids were terrified.. then I went to ask for towels on our 2nd night... we need 6 towels.. there were 3 of us.. the women refused to give us any towels bc they failed to tell us about their 3 towel per room per night policy and I still had their 3 towels that were used from the night before... so I had to go and spend money on towels at the store.. If they would have at least put their policy on the site.. we could have brought towels.. The stay was an absolute nightmare.. La Quintas are usually great.. but not this one..

bed not that comfortable but enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Hotel is looking old and run down. Even some little touches would improve quality.
-
The outside looked weathered and I was a little worried at first, but everything was nice and the people were helpful and friendly. I preferred this hotel over the expensive one we stayed in in Niagara Falls earlier that week.
-
Clean room nice breakfast. Pool not clean
-
Good location. Easy to access. Restaurants nearby. We're stayed at the hotel before.
-
I did not use the hot tub or pool. The hallway had human hair on the floor outside my room. Generally the room could do with a deep clean
-
The employees were fantastic. Room was clean.

Great property for a quick overnight.
