La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mansfield OH

Hotel is looking old and run down. Even some little touches would improve quality.

The outside looked weathered and I was a little worried at first, but everything was nice and the people were helpful and friendly. I preferred this hotel over the expensive one we stayed in in Niagara Falls earlier that week.

Clean room nice breakfast. Pool not clean

Good location. Easy to access. Restaurants nearby. We're stayed at the hotel before.

I did not use the hot tub or pool. The hallway had human hair on the floor outside my room. Generally the room could do with a deep clean

The employees were fantastic. Room was clean.

Great property for a quick overnight.

Room wasn’t done being cleaned when we got there but they did a very good job ! Pool was very chlorinated and eyes burned just being in the room. Outside needed a little updating with some paint and clean.

Everyone was kind the beds were really nice the pool was clean and my children really enjoyed themselves and the hot tub has great jets one of the best I've been in thank you to everyone of the employees for a great stay we'll definitely be back and get the word out have a blessed day

The AC control is on a wall in the room, not on the unit itself. Staff was helpful and the room very clean. There was no information on how to use the TV remote.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I loved that they are dog friendly and my pup was avke to travel with me. I would recommend! Thank you for a wonderdul stay!

It was right off the Interstate. It was clean. It was just fine and a great price. Nothing. Breakfast was boring but ok.

The front desk staff was good. However we were only there for 2 nights and I won’t be returning. The breakfast was terrible. My kids who eat anything and everything wouldn’t eat that. One of the days we were there after being gone all day we had to leave the building twice due to fire alarm going off. Staff told us everything was fine but then we heard it go off 2 more times once back in the building then quickly go off scaring my kids. We found trash from other guests under the bed which and a used towel on sink upon arrival which tells me housekeeping is not doing a thorough enough job. I will not be returning to this establishment

The entire stay! Thank you There was not a bathtub and we asked for one and still didn't receive it in the new room. It was for my 4 yr old daughter!

Room was comfortable, location was within a reasonable distance from our venue. Drian in tub was full of hair and drained slow. Obviously who ever is cleaning wasn't paying attention it was plain to see

Location Everything but location

It was very clean and comfy. Wasn't able to swim because the younger children were acting crazy and disrespectful, which is more on their parents, but I feel like kid time should end earlier than adult time.
