TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mansfield

It was close to where I was going fir the weekend. They were going to charge me again even though I paid through Booking.com, said I had to pay or call Booking.com. so I did. TVs didn't work the entire weekend even though I said something several times. Cleaning people didn't clean but left their cleaning supplies in the room and so much more. I have stayed here several times and it has always been great....for the price they have failed miserably.

Anything that was store bought. The breakfast was undoubtedly the worst I ever had at a hotel that included a breakfast. May I ad the coffee would come under the description as “ mud water”. Thanks for at least having cold cereal.

Three day stay, housekeeping did not clean room/provide clean towels once.

We booked a hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed, that although they said it was 8o% occupied, that they would not give me an upgraded room or a refund due to the pool being closed. That the pool was not guaranteed. Yes they actually said that. Never booking Marriott again. What a shame to lure customers with an indoor pool a not informing you that it isn’t available.

Property was great. The booking.com part was horrific. Never use booking again. Booking.com was the only thing that ruined the stay

The suite was comfortable, albeit a bit small and congested for a suite accommodation. THE BREAKFAST. I skipped and ate at a great local eatery. The choices were unbecoming for a Marriott of this level! Such a disappointment! Instant oatmeal in envelopes. Egg fritattas that looked manufactured in some plant several months ago. Unappealing, unfresh bakery items as well. Come on Marriott, get on the ball!

Loved the tvs having Netflix! Happy to have remotes that can be cleaned properly. My kids thought the mints in the room were the best thing in the world. Enjoyed the space. Couch was very worn and didn’t have a pleasant smell.

I had to leave by 6am. Breakfast didn't start until 6:30 which was disappointing. The price was outrageous for the quality of the hotel. There were also $80 worth of taxes and fees added to the quote I was given.

Great location and very clean. I wish the rooms had a full length mirror. Or at least one more mirror besides the one over the sink. It was hard to out my make up. I could nit lean in close enough over the sink to see to put in my makeup.

The Breakfast was great with excellent choices. Clean area to eat ?? The one thing that was missing is the outside awning cause it was raining a was getting wet loading an unloading the vehicles.

Great facility, beautiful rooms. Clean lobby and eating area. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Very nice and clean property. There was a female bartender the night we were there who was so sweet and kind and made for a very fun night with our group, despite being in town for a funeral. Getting to the property is confusing. My gps tried to take me through Sam’s club parking lot.

Location was nice, easy off the highway The room had ants and when I reported it they didn't even offer a discount or anything. Just wrote it down and dismissed me.

Everyone is always so accommodating- the rooms are clean and I feel safe The price is difficult to accept for a one or 2 night stay, it is so expensive. However, I would chose here often if money wasn't a factor for us.

Exceptional staff customer service. Communication, professionalism and friendly. Noise barrier between rooms sucks. The wall paper separated in the corner, looks like black mole. Also I appreciate the presence of a full body mirror but I do not feel it should be located next to the bed.

Staff were amazing, room was clean and spacious. Nothing, except my trip was too short.

Diog friendly n pretty ckean Rock hard bed was very uncomfortable and my partner likes firm but not rock hard. Breakfast was just ok.
