The negatives it just wasn’t comfortable. The beds are REALLY firm and huge high, so much so that you can’t comfortably sit on them. There were two chairs in the room, but the one comfortable chair with ottoman is trapped back in the corner behind the giant bed, so if someone is sitting at the desk (at the foot of bed2), there’s no access to the chair without hopping up to crawling over somebody else’s bed. Also, the desk chair is not on wheels, so it’s not easily movable. It was an ok room. It would be better for solo guests. If we had stayed longer I may have tried to rearrange furniture to make it work better. The breakfast was also just ok. Quality was fine, I missed having some kind of fresh fruit (apples or oranges).

Elevator out of service. One of our people fell down their stairs. They offered a Kleenex.

It was an okay place. Pretty standard 2 star hotel. Breakfast was low grade standard. Nothing really to brag about. The room was stuffy when we entered. I don't think it had been used recently (smell and dead fly on the bed). The elevator was also a little jarring.

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee and hit water was never hot. Took to my room and heated it up.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The grounds could use a little TLC. The only negative was the toilet paper. It was the texture and thickness of the tissue paper used inside gift boxes. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean & staff friendly. Breakfast had minimal to offer compared to other other hotels with continental included. Bummer for my kids that the pool was closed. Didn't book super far in advance so I'm sure it was closed at the time of booking. Very disappointing that isn't listed somehow to avoid sad children.

Breakfasts were great,rooms were clean.Had a little trouble of getting towels for bathrooms but when contacted they brought them right up for us.Parking was great 👍

Unacceptable for sure

Rooms nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Cost was much higher than we expected!

Hardly any breakfast items,out of order sign on orange juice and pancake maker,bad bananas, had disturbance of someone,beating on a door very loudly at 1:30:am,tried to call front desk to report it,and phone did not work to call them,told them when I checked out,not a very pleasant stay,and lack of sleep,for money I paid,very disappointed

The property was really just a place we slept. I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast wasn’t top notch, but the staff were extremely friendly!

Clean good smelling room. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Shower was not as powerful as I like and took a bit to heat up but stayed warm. Pool was empty, not sure if that was a listed amenity because I was not interested in a hotel with one when booking.

The staff was great especially Tiffany. She made so my accommodations were good. Her personality and attending guests needs spoke volumes, from getting towels to asking if there was anything else that she could do to make sure my stay was good. Thank you again.

Window blind fell but the instantly gave us a new room no problem

Nice room with additional amenities. Beds, comforter, sheets, pillows and towels were clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room itself was clean and in great shape. However, the bathroom needed a better cleaning. The back of bathroom door and handle was dirty. Shower floor, shower doors, shower track and behind the toilet should have been cleaned. The breakfast was very limited and food was fine. Hotel front desk staff were fantastic! The property was well maintained. Parking was ample. Great location close to highway, gas station, tons of restaurants. I would recommend and will stay again.

The breakfast menu was very fresh and good.
