This place is is extremely comfortable, clean, and roomy. After staying here a simple hotel room will never be the same to me. Highly recommend. Will be going back for sure.

Room was cleaned pretty thoroughly, even better than popular hotel chains charging $50 per night. Room was large and very adequate space. It was good for a short business trip.

This is the second time we’ve been there and we love it very clean and comfortable

Very friendly staff and very good sized rooms, lovely view of the lake and the kitchen had everything you could need. The rear bedroom had a separate seating area and a desk which was very useful. The front bedroom needed a curtain over the door to help cut out the light and some areas looked a little tired.

Quiet, very natural, liked the setting, great view from the balcony, amenities great, friendly and helpful desk clerk, apartment clean and ready. Thanks!!! Honestly I did not find anything to say against

I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.

Clean and remodeled rooms

Someone new or current owner a great deal of time and investment into this property. The section we stayed in was all redone inside and all the appliances were new and in great condition. It was very handicap accessible with a sloped sidewalk to the door. It was not something my wife or I needed but for those that do it is ready for you. There were some nice lunch restaurants in the area and a very good bakery a short distance away. The pool was nearby our room and the water was comfortably warm. The outside areas need a little upgrade but I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to or from across Island.

If you cook a lot, I would suggest the hotel as opposes to the small, one-story efficiency. It has a bigger kitchen. Washer and dryer provided at no cost. The staff was very responsive and courteous. We will go again.

Such an amazing Mother's Day weekend here at this 2 bedroom villa. Well worth it, modernized, and the staff was amazing. We will be going back as soon as we can.

Nicole at the front desk was warm, friendly and polite. Her southern accent matched her southern charm. Place was quiet, beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Pool was nice and warm. Water pressure was very low
