The room was cleaning and very nasty and had weird smell and it not the same as we see on the booking site

The check in was seemless. The property outside left a lot to be desired. Seeing the outside didnt make me look forward to seeing the inside. There was a clear neglect of up keep. Trash cans with mold and mildew throughout. When we got inside the room there we stains on the sheets the floor was grainey as if it had not been swept for days. The a/c wall unit was not blowing cool air and the air smelled stale. The room looked like it had not been cleaned bathroom had residue from previous guest. Visible dust and mold present on light fixtures as well as the head board. We ended up going next door to the walmart and purchased cleaning supplies to sanitize the room to make it more hospitable. There was a big gaping hole in the bathroom behind the door. There was a table with no chairs, which made the furniture set up in the room confusing. Not to mention the small tv on the wall that required two remotes to operate.Lucky we didnt do anything in the room other then sleep and shower. I would say this is a motel not a hotel and the price they are charging⁰ is a crime. They offer a contential breakfast but lets be real whose eating that after the condition we found the room in. Overall this was one of the worst hotels (motels) i have ever stayed in. Save your money and go some where better.

As far as the breakfast don’t expect much. They only have bagels, toast, donuts, oatmeal, and cereal. My issue with the breakfast was that they had 1 gallon of milk for everyone to use and 1 tub of butter for everyone to use. It is very nasty to have everyone use/touch the same gallon of milk or tub of butter without knowing if people wash their hands. Who knows how long that hotel has had that butter and milk opened and sitting. The pool was a little dirty. Had a few dead flies. Lastly, people hang in the hallways drinking and smoking. Staff was helpful. The true definition of You get what you pay for.

1st room had not been cleaned from prior guest. I was given a different room. No Breakfast, I left at 6:30 am.

Super convenient. Good price. Close to the springs as well as the caverns.

Property was not well maintained and could be cleaner. Staff was helpful though.

Basic place no hot breakfast

The area Bed was not a Queen as described and wasnt comfortable at all. Recliner didnt work and freezer was hot. After notifying front desk that our event was canceled for the weekend that we wouldn't need the second night, we could get a refund for it and i paid for the extra insurance to cover for things like that.

The hotel was very rundown. Although the sheets were cleaned, they were stained toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall. The tub was sprayed white. The furniture was old and in bad shape. They had a recliner in there that I wouldn’t put anything on. It was disgusting with stains on it. I was super disappointed the pool lookef like it was in poor shape also, although I did not go in it and breakfast was sad. I would not recommend this place at all.

The room smell like smoke the air conditioning. Was leaking we had to lay towels down to stop the leak the tub was very nasty the leaning. Wasn't clean we had to switch rooms twice just very bad conditions

The staff was very nice and friendly but we did not stay after seeing the room and were provided a full refund.

Our room smelled like smoke and I don’t know. We were tired and just wanted to sleep. Old hotel that slapped paint on hoping it would make it new! The room, no coffee maker, no microwave and not even tea up front

My room was in bad need of a paint job. An in room coffee maker would be a wonderful addition.

Didn't even want to look at it.

Tub dirty. Doors smeared with dirt....greasy finger marks. Towels stained. Tv would not reach a plug to use. Just gross. Staff at check in and check was nice. Ac worked great. Great water pressure. Won't stay again. Low budget room..

The staff were nice. The room wasn’t clean. The floor was filthy and there wasn’t any lighting in the mirror section of the room. They put a lamp in it and it was inadequate.
