Staff is amazing, breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and my main concern was roaches or any bugs and I’ve rented here several times different rooms and I’ve never seen any bugs or roaches.

The check in process. The room, the chairs had multiple different stains and substance on both of them. I can not confirm but felt like bed bugs son and myself both had multiple bites the next day.

Good price great location The room was not clean we had to clean the room ourselves the beds felt like they were concrete the floors was broken up in places and the as didn't work like it should

One of the most concerning issues was that breakfast items from the previous morning were left sitting out all day and were still there the following morning. This raised serious concerns about food safety and sanitation. The floors and walls in every room I visited were visibly dirty, and I found random strands of hair throughout the property. During my five-day stay, I also saw three roaches, which made the experience even more unpleasant. In addition, the TV service was unreliable and frequently cut out, even when there was no bad weather that would have explained the interruptions. Overall, my stay was a horrible experience. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to guest comfort made it difficult to enjoy my visit. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Nothing The place is run down. Ac was a hit and miss. Pool area was disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. Will not stay there again.

Disappointing

Room needed a TOTAL make over! It was disgusting. The swing bar door guard was broken, the blinds were broken and you could see daylight on the latch side of door and bottom of door. Huge gauges in the walls. Furniture was nicked to bare wood in places. The bathroom where the tub was, was not any better. No way would I want to take a shower in there. I was traveling with my grandsons and I did not feel safe in that room. Yeah, I stayed as I had already paid for the room by reservation. Totally surprised that I was talking to a monitor when checking in. No human at front desk. The pictures on website made the place look good. I would have thought better of Wyndham letting their name be used. Oh, by the way I did take video of the room.

It was run down and dirty. The in room phone wouldn't work, we just wanted to call the office for more towels. The shower was disgusting. No closet, just a rack on the wall. No where to hang wet towels. I would never stay there again. There is a virtual assistant to check in, did not like that. Apparently someone else over night didn't either, as it was smashed from my guess being punched. The breakfast was good though thankfully. But ends early at 9. Didn't go to the pool, so can't say.

Absolutely nothing. The room was disgusting and dirty. The pool was beyond filthy. Breakfast was never on time and very basic. The motel was nothing like the pictures online and not even worth the $65/ a night price tag. The room was disgusting. We immediately went and bought Lysol and Lysol wipes. Walls were filthy. Floors were disgustingly dirty. Behind the beds have never been clean. Mold in the whole bathroom as well as all the lamp shades. So vastly different from the pictures online. It’s a cheap room yes but absolutely disgusting. Pool was green with algae and dirty. Hair and dead frogs. Pool chairs were filthy and broken. Parking lot smelled like pee.
