Big room super comfy bed. Lots of space. Close to restaurant No front desk

We had to stay a few months back while electrical work was being done and they were great. The front desk was always helpful, so when we needed a couple of rooms for graduation of course I went back to them. My guests were happy with the experience. Cost and cleanliness is always good with them.

Breakfast was served everyday and they had sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits, tiny muffins, a waffle maker, coffee, cranberry juice and orange juice but the orange juice tasted like it had a liquor added. Wasn’t good at all. They also had cold cereal and oatmeal. The “hot items” had to be placed in the microwave and heated up and we thought it was because we arrived to early, but we spent 4 days there and it was cold every morning. The grounds were not clean and it was noisy on our floor. A grandma with 3 children were next door and the grandma sat on the steps with a 5th of whiskey while the children ran loose and noisy. We won’t be back

Excellent continental breakfast and the facility was very clean and Customer Service was great. All Good.

Comfortable bed No staff in person. Dealt with check in thru a kiosk. Close to the interstate, very noisy. Too many people roaming the parking area.

Old and not in a good location

The elevator was not working. It has been out of order for the last several months. Never had a problem until I had a second story room. It needs to be fixed.

Disappointed in cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was nice.

Location was great breakfast was ok Dirty, run down, uncomfortable, outdated. No 24 hour help available. No one on property except the guy that put out the breakfast.

There was no attendant at the front desk at check in. It was a video attendant not on property. Beds were rock hard. Very run down and dingy.

Cleanliness safety concerns

Price Asked for non-smoking and room reeked. Air conditioner smelled like an ash tray. Floor tiles were broken up and water was leaking around sink area. No one at the front desk to talk to and phone was dead. Would have demanded refund and gone some where else but no one there!

Liked that I could walk to a number of restaurants from this motel. The rooms were old and smelly.

There was a roach in the bathroom. Cob webs everywhere. The toilet was clogged, the chair leg was all crooked and about to one off the table. The chair arms were broken, there was white stuff around the sink knobs, spots of mold around the vent that was on the ceiling above the shower head. Etc

Getting out of there Talking to a robot at the check in desk instead of a human. A filthy run down hotel with toilets, leaking sewer water all over the floor and their solution was a towel. When I went to check-in the first room.The door is held propped open by a table

the guy at the desk screen was very polite and entertaining, staff was not the issue. once my gf and i got into the room, that’s when the horrible experience started. the bathroom was disgusting with dirt everywhere and brown stains on the towels, there were spots and questionable stains on the bedsheets, there was a giant puddle of water all throughout the fridge and it smelled sour, and the ceiling was leaking onto the bed.
