Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Marianna

This Hotel needs to be totally renovated inside. Odor in room was overwhelming made my throat sore all weekend. Room was nasty. I would not take my pet their to stay. The gentleman at desk knew the condition of room and gave us the key. Told us we had to wait till tomorrow to talk to manager. The guy end up leaving shortly after we arrived. We talk to the next staff person and explained we couldnt stay in those conditions. She checked us out at our request and she called the manager for us. They made sure we weren't charged and we found anothet motel. We thank them. I believe her name was crystal, for assisting us.

Having the ice maker out of service in the middle of summer automatically knocks a star off any review. On the positive side, the staff is exceptional. They’re fully aware the hotel needs serious investment, but they can’t make corporate step up. They’re doing everything they can with what they have, truly making lemonade out of lemons.

The questionnaire questioned about the property, they outside looked very well maintained. They should ask about the room. Rug was not vacuumed, under the rim of the toilet was black mold not like the housekeeping overlooked one or two days. The comforter the side you see looked clean, when I folded it back don't know if it was ketchup or blood spots discussing. For a couple of guys needing a room for the night fine. For married adults no do not recommend. Ice machines were out of order. The breakfast was lame.

The room had bad smell in it. The bathroom tub had a hole in it and towels were left on the floor behind bathroom door. No soap for showers. Dirty entry and breakfast area. Would never recommend to anyone!

Room cleaning needs

The room was warm. Other than that it was pretty nice. Food was okay! Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful

Poor clean and poor maintenance, smell humidity.

I made one piece of whole wheat toast in a toaster missing one of the push down handles to start it, you know, and jelly. There were a few yogurts in a small warm fridge. Oh yeah, also thawed out Lego waffles beside the bagels and bread slices. I should have taken pictures, but trust me, choose somewhere else. People were nice but thats all.

Convenient location for different food options. Affordable if you’re traveling with a pet. There is a washer and dryer if you’re trying to do laundry but the dryer is held together by tape. Seemed to be working though. My room was sort of clean. The sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. But the shower was not cleaned from previous guest. Their hair was all over the shower. Decent amount of clean towels and there was shampoo conditioner and bodywash.

It could.use some love for sure.

I liked the location near a lot of eating places and shopping areas My food I bought froze solid in the refrigerator so I lost money. Every time I stepped out my room the hallway smelled like marijuana..

The staff was very thoughtful and understanding. What I didn’t like was the sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on was completely broken. She had no where to sleep so I had to pray and find something else quickly due to it being graduation night.

Great location As soon as you walked in it smelled like weed. Lights didn’t work in my room and the tub in the bathroom had a crack in it and made you feel like you were going to fall out

No response from property. Couldn’t communicate with property.

Very disappointing. The light in the bathroom was broken and front desk clerk was rude and said she was by herself and couldn't fix it. No other rooms available. We had traveled 8 hours and it was very late so we stayed. The room smelled and there was a small spider on the pillow. We used a flashlight in the bathroom. The plastic cover for the light was in the bathtub. Breakfast was bad. Gallon of milk in a mini fridge for the cereal was frozen.
