Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, anything we needed, they were there. It was clean, they were doing a great job. Wifi was free. Location is great which is why we chose it. Didn't have to walk outside to get anywhere we needed at the facility besides the car. Air conditioning worked great. No microwaves in rooms except suites. We were traveling with 2 kids and had to buy frozen foods from Walmart to microwave. Ended up going to the lobby to heat food. Elevator could've used some work as the floor was cracked and the buttons barely were visible.

Room was not ready at check in, I had to wait in the lobby for a room to become available and when they finally gave me the key, the room was not ready as I approached the room the door was open and when entering the room the beds had no sheets on them. Went down to the lobby to let them know and made me wait again to give me another room for the same thing to happen. Bed not made room not ready. I ended up canceling the reservation. The hotel was run down, area/lication did kit feel safe. Not clean.

The facility is in need up some attention, but it is under new management and showed signs that new management is attending to those issues. The staff couldn't have been friendlier.

The staff was very nice and friendly. When we got to the room, we noticed there was no TV. It had been taken off the bracket as well as almost no toilet paper. Very light on towels so we asked for more and they did offer to move us to another room with the television. At that point we really didn’t need a room with a television so we declined but we did get some new rolls of toilet paper. The Continental breakfast was probably the poorest I’ve ever been to a hotel. Let’s just leave it at that.

The staff were great. The rooms were clean. Very peaceful for a good night's sleep. The bathroom needed updating. Our sink had a big crack in it. Breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was perfect for what we needed and the staff was very nice, and accommodating. The room had some quirks, not horrible but . . . the tub was stained badly underneath the faucet . It looked like someone had cleaned one side and not the other. And there is a tiny hole in the bowl of the toilet. When you flush, it acts as a fountain.

Microwave was not plugged up and unable to use in the location it was in. Had dinner to warm up and not able to do so.
