Reviews
-
everything about this hotel was excellent
-
Not what was rated on this app. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Was mediocre at best, idk if I’d pick this hotel to stay at again
-
The room was nice and I am happy they had laundry service (washer and Dryer) available for guests. Breakfast. It was a bit basic. More variety and better coffee would have improved it.

The place is a great value for its price point. The staff was attentive, friendly and it was clear that they cared about their work and took pride in it. I was all set to give the property 5 stars but on the last morning the smoke alarm went off at 5am and chipped relentlessly and the desk person said there was nothing he could do. I believed him but thi situation was a result of poor maintenance and better planning ahead could have avoided this annoying inconvenience. I would stay again because the other aspects outweigh this incident but I could not give it 5 z6ars.

Everything was ok - can’t complain. Breakfast was rubbish

The staff was very nice and treated all the guest I saw well. The room was comfortable and great value for the price. We went for the Braves game at Truist Park, the location was perfect and close to everything, including Walmart. There could’ve been a little more light in the the room.

Near ballpark . Good for price
-
Only gripe was that it smelled of smoke and if was meant to be a no smoking room. I did request to be moved but no other rooms were available.

We arrived late to check in due to driving. The front desk person was no where to be found. After a little while waiting he was sitting in the cafe area where they serve breakfast. Gave attitude saying it was cancelled and just was not friendly at all. Gave me a room key went upstairs carrying all the stuff and a sleepy 6 year old. I had to go down 2 times because the door was not working with the key. The first time i went down he was trying to explain how to use a keycard like I’ve never stayed in a hotel. I recorded my self the next time and showed him it’s not working. He then gave me a room on the first floor. All night to morning there was loud slamming of doors. The room also had a smell and ac was not working very well.

Nice location, good for the value, friendly staff Food, all the breakfast was pre packaged even the eggs were fake.
-
It was great, but it took forever for the room to cool off. It would have been rated excellent had they not had the air completely off, on a full stay night. It could have been anticipated and planned.
-
Our room was clean but the tub didn’t drain. Overall the staff made up for that small issue.
-
Our room was easy to get to. Had to go outside to get to the front desk. No grab bars in bathroom/shower.
-
I like the location and easy check in and bed firmness. The hotel is a refurbished motel . The rooms have the door facing outside the building (I did not pay attention on that before booking). There was a GAP between the door and frame that brought noise to the room. The room is renewed but the carpet was really dirt. I usually don't use flip flops in a hotel over 3 stars but at this one I had to wear it.

Needs some updates, but was done well enough to stay.

Place has seen better days! Owners need to put the time and money back into this place. Everything seems to be rundown and lack of effort to maintain! Wasn’t bothered by anyone so that was nice!
