Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

The property is definitely worn down. For an 8.8 rating, I expected it to be immaculate and that wasn’t the case. There were uncleaned areas on night stands, a fake eyelash on the bathroom floor, crumbs and trash in between the desk and closet. And the room smelled of smoke, so the cleaners used this overwhelmingly strong deodorizer on the beds. My sleep clothes still smelled like that the next day when I got home from my trip. Just very disappointed because of the rating and will never be staying here again.

Good place

We found bed bugs on the bed and informed the staff immediately. We were told that the manager would contact us, never heard from them.

Clean rooms and convenient locations.

Not a good place. There are outside door rooms that are not shown on any website. If you get those rooms, they will not switch with you. Came in from being out during day to our suitcases laying in the floor turned upside down. “Guess a housekeeper knocked it over.” I wouldn’t know about the mani part of the hotel because all I saw saw the outside.

The staff were nice, the room was clean, and I have no complaints.

Our hotel stay was great. The staff are friendly. The room was very clean and you could tell they had cleaned it very well. We had an issue and had to stay another night and they were quick to assist us with an additional room. Ray as I call her was very helpful. Her name was very long and I believe Arabic so I could not pronounce it but she was a Ray for Ray of sunshine. This is our second time staying here. I like the location of it and will probably stay here again when we return.

Staff were super friendly

Good place to stop during travel, we only stayed 1 night and didnt get to use the pool but it looked clean.

air-conditioning was not working

Attendant at the desk was very patient with my check in issues. I was helping with setting up for an event 6 miles away, we were short of helpers, I get there to check in so that my guest could get into the room. The attendant communicated with me via phone, sent a form over via email for me to complete, finally he worked it out. No complaint

Large 2 queen room. Front desk was extremely nice & helpful. Small size pool, fresh breakfast, laundry room & also a gym. Quick access to interstate. Would definitely stay again

The lobby of the establishment emitted an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the lighting on the floors was inadequate. Furthermore, my room was afflicted with mold growth on the shower ceiling.
