Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

It was great, but it took forever for the room to cool off. It would have been rated excellent had they not had the air completely off, on a full stay night. It could have been anticipated and planned.

Our room was clean but the tub didn’t drain. Overall the staff made up for that small issue.

Needs some updates, but was done well enough to stay.

Place has seen better days! Owners need to put the time and money back into this place. Everything seems to be rundown and lack of effort to maintain! Wasn’t bothered by anyone so that was nice!

There was a cockroach in our room.

Frig in room barely worked, coffee tasted terrible, pool in tiny tiny tiny and noise from my neighbors was an issue

We were first floor with a door leading outside. The doorframe was not secure, had clearly been damaged and the safety lock could have easily been pushed through. Didn’t feel safe with my two kids there

yes, the breakfast was great. so were the staff and cleanliness.

We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!!

Kind staff, nice breakfast. It seemed like everything was recently renovated, but the room was very damp, especially the carpet. This made the floors feel a bit wet & sticky, and walking from the bed area into the shower made our previously clean feet leave black footprints on the shower floor. The carpet did appear to be newer, so I don't know if the area is generally very humid, or if the carpet had been recently cleaned with a very soapy solution and just wasn't dry yet.

Room was nice and clean, ac was cool and perfect distance to drive to the ball field. Breakfast had a decent variety of food and was fine for a free breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and well kept..the staff were friendly and very helpful when needed. Breakfast buffet was wonderful although they should add a side of meat lol. The rooms were nice and cool.

I was skeptical based on google reviews but this hotel was right up there with other higher end hotels!

The rooms were very clean.. seems like the property was recently renovated.. all furniture/bed sheets and towels seem brand new or were very clean. The breakfast was good with a good selection of items.

Had a GREAT stay, close to Truist Park, room was clean , staff were Amazing!! Will definitely stay here again!!
