The hotel itself was disgusting. Smelled like smoke everywhere, and I felt very unsafe. We left a day early and came back home.

Poorly maintained. You get few towels and you have to pay for everything else. Old bedsheets and furniture. Cleaning service every 2 wks. Carpet smells. You can get much better service for $20 more bucks per night. Do not recommend!

I Booked at this hotel only to show up and tell me they don't have a room. I was also told they prioritize longer term reservations. Expedia customer service was excellent and finding me alternative accommodations.

The door to room 103 has to be pulled shut hard to be sure it latches when you leave. Otherwise, it will be easy for anyone to enter when you're not there. Also, I saw and killed a roach one night. Otherwise, there were no other problems.

There’s a lot of great options for your stay in Atlanta or around Truist Park…this is NOT one of them. We checked in late and immediately did not feel safe or welcome. Once we were in our room you could still hear the rest of the building was awake and moving doors opening and closing well past midnight. The television did not work and the room smelled of wet dogs. I would have reported but it takes 30 minutes to get the rudest desk attendant to even make an appearance let alone welcome you or answer questions. We slept for 4 hours and got out of there! Upon leaving we realized the door to the room doesn’t even lock. STAY AWAY!!!

The clerk was friendly, and the location was convenient because I went to Truist Park. The air conditioning halfway worked and did not blow out cold air, leaving the room too hot to sleep.

I came back as a courtesy to the manager, but I will never stay at this property again. My first room had mold and I had to ask for a new room. The second room was clean at a glance, but the bathroom had a hanger left and the tub wasn’t cleaned properly. I woke up in the middle of the night to used the restroom only to find roaches crawling around. Very disappointed and if you don’t believe me I took pictures and have the video. I used third party bookings for different points and rewards and I have found that most properties don’t like that. I also feel that hotels.com needs to take what their guest say seriously and pair us with properties that take pride in cleanliness no matter the rates! $90.00 bucks isn’t a small price for a peace of mind.

The property is in a nice location.. close to highway and a variety of shops and restaurants.. my room was clean and I had no issues with the staff.

I like that is was near the highway, I work with Amazon Flex so I go to different locations for my pick up. I didn’t like that the carpet wasn’t clean in our first room. The last time we stayed we had the flooring. I didn’t like that I was told to book my rooms out and then when I tried to book it wasn’t what the manager explained it would be. Jazz talked a great game but the information in the end didn’t add up! I was very disappointed because I gave her a really good review.
