Front desk staff were nice they leave at night so you would be on your own. Units are not the cleanest and the property smells.

Location in regards to Truist Park Dirty, signs of no smoking everywhere but yet the place reeks of smoke and marihuana. One of our bed it was clear sheets were not changed.

The place was a dump, there were people sleeping in the bushes around the back side of the building. The front desk wasn't open, there was a roll down metal shutter closed over it. A sign said to use the lobby phone to check in, there was no lobby phone. Another customer directed me to the phone outside. Someone came to check us in, we entered the room to find it wass already occupied, someone was asleep in the room we entered. We went back to the desk and was told they had one other room so we weny yo look at it to make sure it would work. It was dirty and there was no mattress in the fold out couch so it didn't have enough beds for our group. We had to go find another hotel. The whole place stunk like mold and bug spray.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. We checked in before the Braves game and after getting into the room we talked about it and decided at the game we couldn’t stay in the room for even 1 night. The room looked like they came in and made the beds and that was it. Floors were dirty, table was sticky random sock in the corner and the sofa bed was pulled out when we arrived to the room. I even tried to fold it and it was broken I assume that’s why it was left out. On top of that there were 2 TV and 0 remotes. We stay in a lots of hotels and we should have known by the price it was not gonna be great but nothing prepared us for this. We ended up having to drive back 2 hours because we couldn’t find a hotel to accommodate 1 night. I took pictures of the room, and would like submit as we want a refund.

Absolutely nothing but the location I booked a king with a sofa sleeper. Got there and I couldn't check in at check in time. I did not get the room I PAID for although I was there on time. I was told after housekeeping was done I would be accommodate. They put me in a room and said they would switch it out once my room was ready. They did not. My family and I had to sleep in ONE BED !!!

The property wasn’t bad. I booked through booking.com and when I got there they made me pay for the room again and still haven’t refunded my money or replied to my messages to fix this issue.

Absolutely disgusting rooms are dirty and so is the hotel it’s absolutely filthy and not suitable for staying in pool hasn’t worked In three years one employee had told us and they have absolutely not cleaning going on Nothing

We had a reservation for 2 rooms. Checked in at 5pm. One of the rooms had not been cleaned after the last guest. I was told to wait for them to find a clean room for us. After about an hour, we were in our rooms. One of the bathtubs was so unbelievably dirty and rusty, we did not use it. During the stay, the keys stopped working for the room with the gross tub. The front desk said they did not have that room assigned to me. Not sure how that got mixed up but they did give us a key finally. The outer doors stayed propped open with sticks. On our second day, a maintenance man came in saying he needed to fix a leaky sink. We did not have a leaky sink and had not reported anything for maintenance. The next day the maintenance guy came to the other room they said wasn’t assigned to me, the one with the gross tub, and told us it was supposed to be empty and he was told to fix something in there. They never gave us another room. I’ve stayed here years ago and it has gone so far down hill since then. The pool hasn’t even been open this year. It’s August and it was just a place for mosquitoes. It could be so much better. Staff was as nice as they could be with several unhappy guests waiting for clean rooms 2+ hours after check in. One positive is it’s only a mile walk to Truist park for a Braves game. Parking was good. Air conditioning worked. The pictures look like they’re from several years ago when it was nicer.

The location wasn’t bad. Very dated, the pool was not open, and the bed was not comfortable .

Zion the front desk clerk was phenomenal, but the experience is one we will never forget! I will say this! The staff will go out of their way for you, but their systems in place aren't doing them any justice, and the hotel itself needs a lot of work!!!

I would not stay here again. Staff was extremely unhelpful. Room was not clean. 4 pillows for 5 people.

Passable

Arrived at 7pm to check in after a long day driving with my 4 kids under 9. Was told that they had given away our room because we hadn't been there at 3 pm. No attempt to contact us and let us know we would not have a room.

The room was filthy. I had my babies with me. They got bitten by bugs and it was not a pretty site. I couldn’t find anyone to help me change rooms. The bed sheets were dirty. I had to change the sheets myself. The table had burn stains. The floors were dirty. I wanted to cry cause I would never have my children sleep in such conditions but it was late and nothing else was open. Needless to say we will never ever come here or recommend this place again. The staff was non existent. It was a horrible experience. I didn’t like anything there. It was disgusting.

This hotel was a disaster. The room was supposed to have a sleeper sofa, it did not. There was dirt on the floor and the floor was extremely slippery. The bathroom door didn't work properly and was extremely dirty on the back of the door. The bathtub held a small amount of water in the bottom of the tub after every shower and had water in it upon check in. There was no hair dryer in our room nor any shampoo or conditioner. The pool was not available during our stay. The lobby smelled like weed. The only thing that was positive was the man at the front desk when we checked in. He was as helpful as he could be.

We arrived around midnight after confirming earlier that our reserved room with two double beds would be available. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to check us in, we were told they only had a king bed. With me being 7½ months pregnant and traveling with my husband and two kids, that wasn’t possible. They moved us to a room with a “queen” bed and pullout sofa, but it was actually a full-size bed. The room had a soaked floor from the A/C, creating a serious slip hazard. There was no hair dryer, shampoo, or conditioner, and we were told the hotel doesn’t provide them, so we had to buy our own. There weren’t even pillows for the pullout because they were “out.” As if this experience wasn’t bad enough, we made a Target run for those missing essentials, and while re-entering the hotel, my 8-year-old son was stung by wasps three different times—on his head, finger, and arm. Thank God he isn’t allergic, but that was the icing on the cake. The pool was also out of order, leaving our kids disappointed. We paid for a larger room than we received and will be requesting a refund. I’ve stayed in many extended-stay hotels over the years, and this was by far the worst. Between the incorrect room, missing amenities, safety hazards, wasps, closed pool, and poor management, stay elsewhere.

But the room was fine. No bugs, it was somewhat clean. The WiFi didn’t work and there wasn’t a place to put the trash in the rooms.
