Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta Marietta Interstate N 

This room was absolutely horrible. The kitchenette was falling apart with dirt all over the floor, the sofa need was broken, the bathroom didn't have a working light and the room reeked of pure bleach. We couldn't even stay in there so we left immediately

We were unable to stay in our room and had to cancel due to the room condition. Erica was Amazing at the front desk.

Even after being moved to a suite, the conditions were deplorable. I encountered numerous hygiene and maintenance failures, including dirty kitchen appliances, damaged cabinets, a broken microwave vent, exposed wiring, and wall staining. Additionally, the facility's elevator was out of service throughout my stay. This was a significant health and safety issue for me, as I have medical conditions that make navigating stairs physically difficult and painful at times. For the price paid, I expected a clean, safe, and functional room, but this property fell far short of any reasonable standard. The lack of professionalism and transparency from the staff made a bad situation even worse. Travelers should look elsewhere for their stay in Atlanta.

This facility has great potential to be a great stay but needs some work! Staff were friendly and helpful! Entering the building it looks presentable but the smoke smell ruins the nice vibe. Rooms could have been better cleaned and bathroom fixtures need fixing. Our room was spacious and accommodated our family! Stove was rusty so we didn’t even try to use it. Rooms had a foul odor so had to freshen room ourselves. Swimming pool was out of order and was a let down. Area is a great spot as it’s not too far from Braves stadium and battery!!!

The bathroom counter was very dirty with old toothpaste and hair. Worst part was upon check the room I had already paid 97$ was unavailable. (After driving 3 hours) It was given to someone else thank god for the nice desk gentleman he found us another room.

Great value in a central location. Not the newest amenities but worth the savings. Location was very quiet for being so central. Staff was awesome.

All 6 washers and dryers were out of order. Room was very dirty.

The room had a funny smell

Only one TV worked, cabinets broken, very old and outdated … staff was friendly and incredible though!!

We had to book a last minute stay at the Extended Stay and left 5 minutes after seeing the room. The were tears on the couch and stains on the sleeper sofa mattress. The room smelled of smoke and was clearly poorly cleaned. The bathtub had debris and mildew in the bottom of it. We left immediately and the hotel will not refund the stay.

For around $70 a night, this hotel exceeded my expectations. No, it’s not the Ritz-Carlton, but if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay that’s not gross, I’d definitely recommend it. The location was great—only about a one-mile walk to Truist Park, which made getting to and from the stadium super easy. The room wasn’t spotless, but it honestly wasn’t nearly as dirty as some reviews made it sound. Bring a few Clorox wipes and a pair of shower shoes, and you’ll save yourself a couple hundred dollars compared to nearby hotels. One of the biggest perks was the full kitchen. These days, you’re lucky if a hotel gives you a mini fridge, so having a full kitchen was a huge plus. Overall, it’s a solid budget-friendly option, especially if you’re in town for a game or concert and just need a comfortable place to stay. A little gross but who cares for the price.

The price was nice. The Staff was nice and friendly. The rooms need updated. The breakfast options need updated. The dryers on 3rd floor and the card readers on 1st floor dryers need to be repaired.

It was a horrible exp experience and the pullout sofa did not even have a mattress, and also it had holes tore all in the cut and wrestling is all over it. And the apartment was very nasty, and we asked for our masters, and they said they do not have any, and we would have to deal with it, and we still haven't got our deposit back. I would not recommend this for nobody else. Alright not even my pet period

The bed was comfy but not what was under the bed. The shower and the messenger the bed and not much lighting in room.
