Nothing!! Some staff was great to deal with others not so much It’s not clean, pool was down entire summer, no breakfast just dry muffins and granola bars. Rude staff

The staff is excellent..

Location was near the ballpark, within walking distance. Staff was decent to work with. Nearly everything. Dirty entrance, parking lot, lobby, hallways, elevator, room, floors, sink. Multiple broken lights in the room, trundle bed did not pull out, no extra towels, broken doors, windows, no breakfast as advertised.

Close to Truist Park First didn't let me do check in at 3pm because the room wasn't ready. Did a reservation for a room with sofa, no mattress for the sofa. The night shift guy offer me a credit for the inconvenience but I have to wait until the morning. Lady from morning shift says I wait for the manager and I have to leave early because have to be at airport at 8am. Really bad experience.

Drug addicts in hallways and parking lot. Unsafe conditions, checked out after one night. Look at other reviews. All our similar

I arrived at the hotel & they had no rooms bc they were all dirty bc the cleaning staff was already gone & even though I wasn’t going to be back until 11 that night, he still wouldn’t be able to find anybody to clean the rooms & kept me there an hour before telling me there were no rooms & my money still hasn’t been refunded

Front desk was great amazing. Booked our room a few weeks before. When we got they there they did not have a room for us. Was upgrade to a suite that was not clean in any way. Nasty. Nothing was done. Excuse was only one maid for the day. Sorry but housekeeping supervisor and general manager need to be Fired. Unacceptable. Travel 6 hours for crap. Will not ever stay at another extended stay ever. Have pics of how room looked nasty. Extended stay needs to step up and refund 100%. No one would be happy with this.

We got there and there were no rooms avaliable. Overbooked

Las camas estaban con pelos negros, difícil decir si eran de humanos o animales. El olor ere terrible. Pedimos cambio de cuarto y lo negaron, pedimos cambio de sábanas y también lo negaron. Tuvimos que salir del hotel el mismo dia que llegamos.

I liked everything about this location. I have no complaints at all. The only thing I would recommend is microwaves for the hotel or at least a couple microwaves in the lobby where Gas can warm up their food

Not a good stay but the price makes up for it.

While waiting for someone to come to the front desk a customer walked by and said “good luck” when the desk clerk showed up he told me neither of the 2 rooms that I had confirmation numbers for were available, When I asked why, he told me check in time is 3:00 and rooms were on a first come first serve basis this was at 7:15pm when I asked him how they could just cancel my prepaid rooms he told me to step aside and calm down. I asked for the number of someone I could call he gave me a card with a number that no one ever answered. I went back and demanded a refund and he told me I had to go through Expedia for that. Walking up to the lobby upon arrival there was a trash can overflowing onto the sidewalk and Feral cats digging through the trash on the ground. A customer checked in just before I arrived and came back down to the lobby to tell the desk clerk that their room had not been cleaned. Extended Stay America should close this location if they have any type of reputation left to protect. There are several witnesses to these statements that would corroborate this review.

The hotels staff could not have been nicer, but this hotel is not a place to stay unless you are looking for a hotel to LIVE in. Better pay the extra $50 and stay at another hotel.

CLOSE TO ATLANTA BRAVES STADIUM-WALK IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES

The furniture had doors & and panels missing. No toilet paper in room and when we asked. We were handed an open box of tissues paper.

I stayed here and Ms Robby welcomed me and my family with so much kindness the beds,bathrooms were very clean overall all 10/10 Experiences!!

It was a cheaper alternative to the host hotel for a Bridge Tournament. The walk was short and pleasant. The room was clean, if we'll worn. The breakfast was, as advertised, a "grab and go" with coffee, muffin, and instant grits available. I liked being able to make tea in my room on the stove top, keeping food in the 'fridge, and reheating things in the small microwave. I would definitely stay here again if the tournament is held in the same place. But it is what it is: don't expect luxury.
