The hotel is very convenient if going to a Braves games. As it is within walking distance! Other than that the hotel is very dated and dingy. Needs to be updated terribly. The rooms were clean but like I said needs updating. The dressers looked like they came form Goodwill. No microwave or fridge. The balcony was very dirty. The walls and ceilings need painting as does the hallways. The buffet breakfast that is $19.99 per person was not worth the money. The only positive thing I can say is the bar area is nice and it does have a shuttle back and forth to the ballpark.

The bar/restaurant was understaffed but other than that everyone was nice and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Free transportation to the Braves game and an easy walk as we decided to walk back. Will definitely stay there next trip.

Great stay! Definitely recommend!

The hotel was cool and very clean. We were able to check in a little early because we arrived to meet friends and they had a room available. The shuttle to the baseball park was fast and friendly, and it was close enough we could walk back after the game to avoid the traffic. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, as was the food we purchased for dinner from Rocks. Check-out was fast and easy. The pool is very small, especially for such a large hotel. Had we had to wait until 4 to check-in the lines for checking in were extremely long and slow (line went from the desk all the way around by the restaurant and back to the bathrooms. When I made the reservation, I reserved a room at the concierge level and paid for the extra amenities- lounge with snacks and nonalcoholic drinks, breakfast buffet, etc. While I did receive the breakfast buffet it was in the regular restaurant, not in the lounge area. Also, the lounge is not available on weekends except for the hours of 5:30-10:00, so I was unable to have this amenity because we were attending the baseball game. Had I known the concierge lounge had limited hour on the weekend, I would not have paid extra for this service. I am definitely unsatisfied.

Had a great experience! Went down for a Braves game and the proximity to the ball park was very close. The food and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. If you’re going down for a game I highly recommend this place!

Clean, good sized room. With a balcony. Couldn't ask for more. Great location!
-
Great location for those coming to Atlanta to see a Braves game. The hotel is a 10-15 minute easy walk from Truist Stadium, and they also have a free shuttle that will take you to the ball park. Rates at other nearby hotels are outrageous, jacked up massively on game days (I'm talking to you, Omni Hotel). The nightly rate at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria is reasonable even on game days. I will be back.

Real noise property!!!!

They have a shuttle to Truist park but due to roads closing when Braves game end, the shuttle cannot take you back to hotel. But that isn’t a problem, it’s a 15 minute short and safe walk back to hotel.

I liked the location. The room I was given was very, very, very far from the lobby and dining area. I was with a friend who had difficulty walking and couldn’t walk that far. I felt I was given the worst set of rooms in the facility and yet they were expensive probably because of the holiday. But still…

This hotel is within safe walking distance of Truist Park. My daughter and I stayed here for a concert at the park and felt completely safe the entire time. The section we stayed in was a bit dated but I’ve heard they are preparing for renovations of the rooms.
