The parking needs to be better for hotel guest and getting out of the parking lot .

And my card was charge $9.95 after leaving and can’t get anyone on the phone to answer why.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The short walk to Truist Park was our main reason for choosing this hotel. This is our fourth trip staying here for a Braves game. We would definitely stay again.

I had already paid for parking on hotels website but had to pay again there.

Also, the AC unit is very loud.

Staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early with the kids.

Convenient to Truist Park. However, I was shocked to see a dirty towel hanging in the closet upon entering the room. Hot water handle so loose it could hardly turn the water on. One would think upon a thorough cleaning that both of these items would’ve been noted.

Reserved two rooms. One with a king size bed and the other with two double beds. Was given two rooms both with king sized beds. Told them I wanted and had reserved a room with two double beds. No luck.

Clean and staff was very pilute.

Very outdated. Needs a lot of work. Carpet and other flooring was so dirty.

The staff was amazing,the Buffett breakfast was amazing and everything from the restaurant and bar was top notch h! No hot tub

The room was very clean. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the air conditioner, but the front desk immediately sent maintenance to address it. The maintenance staff member was very friendly and, when he realized the issue couldn’t be fixed right away, he quickly arranged a new room for us and even provided a complimentary breakfast coupon for the inconvenience.

Parking lot was full. No late night food service. Breakfast was good

After checking in we decided to go down to the Rocks restaurant to grab a bite to eat and watch the Braves game. We were in town for the weekend to see the Braves play on Saturday. Much to our disappointment the hotel did not even get the Braves game. How can a hotel pride themselves on the "hotel of the Braves" when guests can't even watch the game in the lounge. Staff advised they didn't get those channels. Once we finished our meals and returned to our room for the evening we pulled back the shits to the bed and there were blood stains on the sheets and pillow. This was immediately reported to the front desk. We were advised there were no additional rooms and they could not move our room. We then asked for someone to come change the linens at which point we were advised housekeeping has left for the evening. The only option was to pack our bags at midnight and move to another hotel. Which we did. The front desk attendant was very accommodating in assisting us in our transition to the Springhill Suites next door.we were very disappointed in this hotel and I would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay at this resort.

Do not book this property. I have had bigger rooms at a $70 EconoLodge.

The Room The bad: Outdated, dark, beat up furniture, no bottled water in room, no fridge, no microwave. The good: Best water pressure of my life, clean and an absolute fantastic bed for a good nights sleep. Come on now - put a few small bottles of water in the room rather than "upon request" as I arrived at 2am from a delayed flight. I didn't get to try room service but based on the food that was provided during the conference, I'd order without hesitation. Conference/ballroom/lobby All positive here. Updated and polished. The food provided during the conference was EXCEPTIONAL! The Staff This swayed my overall experience - they absolutely have a fantastic team from maintance, to front desk to everyone working the event. This was a true pleasure. Housekeeping was fantastic as well. The Location Free shuttle every 20 or so minutes to/from the Battery and that was a perk. Close to fantastic restaurants, a bit far from the airport but no complaints here.
