Dirty no bedding or towels or toilet rolls on arrival

I wouldn’t stay here. Period.

Absolutely nothing the place needs to be condemned. He told me I would get my refund I have it on recording from the moment I walked into the building until I left crying walking out. I had no power in my room the ceiling had black mold and was falling down literally, drug paraphernalia in front of the door , the floor was sunk in and leaking water everywhere. There’s no lobby it’s packed with furniture. The fact children were in this place leaving made me physically sick and I wouldn’t he caught dead having my child there. The front desk man hung his head down as I spoke calmly about it I never got loud aggressive or mean just simply told him the place was completely unfit to be running I cannot upload the video I took of the no power the bathroom that had bars of soap in the shower trash everywhere stains on the bed just nasty water all over the floor due to a leak then when I walked out to my car bc I wouldn’t allow my son to be there he locked my car for the room I paid for already so I couldn’t get photos said he would refund me to go through booking then when booking contacted him he refused bc he said we didn’t stay 30 minutes though we were at the front door and in parking lot. So then I had to drive 2+ hours with my crying 5 year old because he didn’t give me my refund so I could stay somewhere suitable so he didn’t get to experience the waterpark we also payed tickets for the following day. Sorry facility, dirty business if you need 70$ that bad to keep lights on (literally) just say that. I can promise if my refund isn’t refunded it will not be the last time they hear from me I will take legal action. Absolutely nothing the place needs to be condemned. This place was horrible. I'm really surprised the health department hasn't closed them down. I think this is the worst room we have had. The mattress looked bloody on the side and the bathroom was horrible. We had 2 pillows for 3 people and he never brought us another one. The smell was horrible also.

People mind their business, no matter what’s going on love the price The lady next door hits her kids everyday I be hoping hotel staff hears :(

This place was filthy. They put me in an occupied room, the spider in there had built webs that could have been older than me. And roaches

I only stayed for one night and it had a smell of cigarettes. I would not stay again.

It was clean, peaceful, and quiet Nothing

I was forced to check in 2 hours later. Early check in was not an option. The room's floor had water coming from between the cracks of the laminate floor due to the A/C leaking water. The A/C did not blow cold air so i was hot all night. Then my door stopped working and I took hotel front desk a hour to get me back in my room. The bed had no mattress protector and the mattress was filthy and stained. The pillows were very old and worn out with stains on them as well. All of the bedding had stains and burns all over the place. And lets not forget about the roaches!!! I couldn't even sleep in the room. I would not advise anyone to book a room at that hotel it needs to be closed.

The hotel was supposedly being renovated so there was building materials in the lobby and the whole area was cluttered. There were holes in the ceiling of the hallways exposing the utilities. The room had water standing on top of the flooring in half of the room. The headboard for the bed was not attached. The bed felt like all the springs had collapsed and it had come the trash dump because it was so worn out. The whole hotel smelled bad. The pool was drained and appeared it had not had water in it for a long time. The only person I saw working at the hotel was not friendly. Asked about a local taxi service and was told to google it. Went to check out and nobody was found so I just left. Would not recommend this hotel. 30 years ago it may have been a nice hotel but now it needs to be demolished

Budgetel is located away from downtown Atlanta - which I had desired when I made the reservation. But, and this was awesome - the hotel has a bus stop RIGHT in front where I could get on an travel to the transfer center to GET ALL OVER the area - see the sights - And get back safely - even at night!! NO COSTLY Taxis nor unsafe Lyfts, etc!!! Additionally, was near many 'eateries!! N/A

The room was not clean. Nothing in the room worked. The ceilings leaked when it rained

There were several dilapidated beds in the lobby due to a remodeling project that were in similar to the ones in our room. We had one tiny bar of soap, two very small towels and one wash rag to share. No plastic glasses or other amenities. In spite of the location in the battery and being surrounded by beautiful hotels and restaurants, this one had counter-to-ceiling plexiglass at the desk. The attendant was friendly enough and it's location was great (walking distance to the stadium), but this place was proof that if things seem too good to be true... they probably are.
