Comfort Inn & Suites Ballpark Area

Renovate the bathroom, rid carpet, also install smart TVs in room for streaming access. Also the tv was unplugged with the fridge. Thought it was broken but decent affordable stay. Also convenient

Not find my reservation at all and tried to claim we were at the wrong hotel after I showed him my reservation without touching the computer again he some how found my reservation He then makes a phone call to find a room that was ready like I said we were 10 mins early he gets us a room in the bottom floor below the lobby but we had to get a full explanation of the room as it had a back door but we were not to touch it because it’s not really a good door to open or play with which is fine but very odd The next day we got up for breakfast the conversation that was happening between the four employees was not something that should have been out loud in that area around guests and I am a very liberal person and they were watching to make sure no one took breakfast back to the rooms We left for the day came back and our room had not had a service so I went and got towel and the person said you have to tell us to stop in or we will not The next day when we left I stopped and said we would be gone for the day when we came back nothing was done when I went to the front desk the guy from when we checked in asked what room I said the room he goes are you sure that’s your number I said yes he asked if I was sure I said yes he goes well who put you there I said him and he was like no I did not do that I would not put shorter term guests there location to the park but can be a steep walk

The roof in the bathroom had mold The pillows were soft though but upon entering the room there was a musty wet smell. I had breakfast and found hair in my eggs smh. Terrible.

The hotel is ran by the most nasty group of people I have ever seen. You moved me into a room that had blood on the sheets television doesn’t work no towels and I was told to deal with it. I’m seeing CHOICE HOTELS has this issue with all there establishments. Sad situation

Location distance to the Battery and the price compared to other hotels in the area were the only two good things to speak about. The hotel is old, there were areas that were not clean (including the rooms and stairwells), and the breakfast was not very good. I would recommend searching around for other locations if traveling to this area.

This property is awful. There were no towels in the either of the rooms and when we requested them we were given 2 for 4 people in 1 room and 2 for 3 people in the other, and were told they had no washcloths. There was mold all over the ceiling in both rooms. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty with someone’s used bar of soap still in the shower and dirt caked in the grout and around the toilet. The floor in between the wall the shower sits on and the bed was soaking wet. Had we not already paid and needed the rest while on a 19 hour road trip, we would not have stayed the night.

The people here are feet nice and I see how they try to keep up with an older hotel, but it just feels too old and even smells funny. It’s great for those that are going to the BRAVES and 17 mins from the Benz stadium. It’s next to the interstate. The place needs to be upgraded real bad, so the hotel rooms smell musty and dated. It just smells old! They serve breakfast, but I don’t think I will come back, it just wasn’t up to my standards .

Absolutely nothing The staff charged me an extra $25 and told me it was going to be refundable which after paying $88 I shouldn’t have had to pay anything extra and the lady was an an Indian that I can’t stand

Exceptional

Good place for a quick trip or a place to crash. Staff is excellent and very responsive. Would certainly recommend if looking for an inexpensive place near the Braves stadium.

Staff was friendly. Loved how the room was set into the bedroom and then a sitting area.
