Convenient location, room had some damage but served its purpose. Staff was nice.

Really well kept. I love the look of modern.

Our room was small, but fairly clean. The staff were helpful. Its a short. but up hill walk to Truist Park. (The walk back is much easier!) The breakfast was pretty good. I have definitely had better options at other hotels but its something to eat before heading out!

Excellent place to stay for a Braves game, or anything at the Benz Dome,etc! Vic runs a shuttle service to and from the hotel that leaves from the hotel every 30 minutes..drops you off at the Battery and picks you up after the game like clockwork! It was only $30 round-trip for the two of us. Hotel is right off the 75/285 corridor near the ballpark. Hotel is very quiet and had a decent continental breakfast to get us up and back on the road home. Will definitely use it again next time I stay in ATL for a Braves game or any football bowl game, etc at rhe Benz Dome! Free parkimg.I recommend it. Also a great, safe area on the north side!

The location to the ballpark was perfect. The hotel was clean and the room was fine. Though it is in “walking distance “ to the stadium it is a very hilly walk with stairs that should be noted is not for anyone with a handicap!

The check-in process also felt incomplete. The front desk employee handed me my room key but never asked for my vehicle information or mentioned the parking permit. I had to ask if they needed my tag number so I wouldn’t get towed, and only then was I given the parking pass to display in my car. I also noticed complimentary water bottles and snack bags behind the desk, but nothing was offered to us. Later that night, I went to the front desk to buy some water. A different employee was there, and when I asked about the water bottles behind the desk, she told me I could have one and mentioned that I should have been offered one when I checked in. Unfortunately, I also saw two roaches run across the floor in the breakfast area, which was very concerning. At breakfast, there were signs advertising yogurt, but there wasn’t any available. There were also signs promoting a make-your-own pancake station with toppings, but only a few toppings were actually stocked. Overall, I wasn’t very impressed, especially considering what we paid for the room. I expected better service, better attention to detail, and a cleaner, more well-stocked breakfast area.

Easy walk to the ballpark. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only problem that we encountered was that the corporate reservation system was down when we tried to check in. After checking with supervisors, the desk person used a manual system to get us checked in and it was smooth sailing from there.

So clean, so convenient to ball park. The beds were comfy too! Thanks for a great stay! Very family friendly.
