Very musty smelling room!!!when we got there we kept the door open for over an hour, but when we came back from seeing a ball game, the room again was very musty smelling ..other than that. It was a nice room I mean for the money but also all there was was a little bar of soap. There was no shampoo or anything else like description of room said(I didn’t bring any just because of that) bed was comfortable and clean

I was put out because I was late one day on my room just one day since my stay there and still paid my late and me and autistic son was put on and was rushed to leave the property

Honestly i’ve never had a hotel that makes you booked around for a day and then I try to book again through online and they said I had to check out and check back in at three. I had so much stuff that I had to pack lucky i paid early check in the first time and I had to pay early check-in again but they let me get away with the late fee for one time so I left the third day because there’s no way I’m gonna keep having to pay early check in just to renew my reservation or extend my stay that has not happened to any the hotels I stayed in especially the cheap ones like this

Excellent property and service

Extremely dirty place. I had already paid for the booking, and lady told me my card had been declined—even though she knew she had already charged my credit card. It was a horrible experience. A truly awful place

Close to Truist Park No complaints

Nothing Unsafe, an odor of urine in the room, a bunch of drunks and druggies outside. I did not stay here. And booking is not willing to reimburse me either. Unsafe environment for anyone.

Just nitpicking, but the water pressure in the sink was low. Other than that, everything was fine.

I went to work and turned my sheets to laundry was advised that she would put sheets on bed when she was finish washing. never received sheets and it took two days to gewt sheets. Night attendant was rude and hostile with me when asked.
