The room was a very large size. It had a mini fridge, a microwave, a spare table for eating, a lovely couch, vanity and the usual things such as a desk, office chair, tv. The bed was very comfortable, came with lots of pillows and everything was clean. The room smelled nice. Staff were all very friendly. The lobby has a a lot of character and charm. They have discontinued breakfast service, but that was okay because there are lots of restaurants close by. N/A

Bed was big and comfy, and the AC worked well. The lady at the front desk was exceedingly kind. Checkout was fast as can be. I liked the size of the provided mini-fridge and we were given a choice between a 2-bed and a 1-bed with a King. The room smelled like a smoker mixed with a heavy cover-up scent. The bathroom floor had mold on the edges, and their only vending machines did not take card. One towel was heavily stained, and the provided 2-in-1 shampoo had almost no conditioner at all. Microwave was extremely small.

Location, clean sheets, food places just down the street

The staff was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The bed seemed to be clean as well as the sink/counter area. The staff was very accommodating and kind and I have nothing bad to say about their service. The rooms are very outdated. They also smelled of marijuana and weren't the cleanest. We found a busted ranch dipping sauce packet under our bed but just didn't say anything because we weren't staying very long and didn't want to be a bother. There was hair in the shower and the toilet didn't work properly. TV was old and very small for the room size. Mini fridge was small for a king suite. There is no elevator at this location, so don't plan on it being easy packing all of your packed belongings into the room.

The price The appearance of the rooms. Need upgrade.
-
Staff was super friendly and helpful! Needs updates bad.

I like the area because it's close to my job. The front desk came to the room, and we told her to give us 10minutes. She came back beforehand I were putting my shoes on. I've never stayed here and been rushed out. I think I should be given an apology. I love it here, but I just think we were rushed

We arrived for our stay but the door to the lobby was locked, a large notice posted on the door basically stated to enter at your own risk due to any Covid-19 (in 2026?), we used the courtesy phone to call an attendant but no one answered, we called the hotel line but no one answered, parked cars in the lot appeared to be abandoned, and general exterior appearance seemed worn down. Left to go eat and decided to listen to our gut and not return to stay. Sketchy is one of the best descriptive words I can use. Ick is another.
