Best Western Plus Executive Residency Marion

Exceptional

The hotel is either new or recently renovated - everything was great and looked new. The staff at the desk were friendly and very helpful. The location was close to our route and had lots of food options! Breakfast was good - a nice variety, including cranberry juice which I often can't find! We only stayed one night, but it was absolutely outstanding!

We chose this hotel because dogs are allowed and it had a high rating. We are perplexed by the high ratings, as we would not stay here again in the present condition of the property inside and out.

Nice hotel.

Great facility, secure, parking, clean modern room, and the bed was very comfortable

Bad

Breakfast was excellent, as was the location right off the highway. There was a small bit of water on the floor of my room, probably from the A/C? No big deal, it was dry when I got back from dinner. It would be great if there would be a way to tip Housekeeping on a CC. I had no cash and felt so bad not to be able to leave something on the dresser as a tip

The property is in a location that's a little hard to get to when heading North due to the clover leafs etc. And once there , there are no dbl stacked parking places (to park with a truck and a trailer ) . But other than that, was a good value for to get some sleep and a decent breakfast.

Very satisfied with our stay. Nice sized room, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay with them again if I pass that way.

We were so happy with the facility we booked another stay.

Location Needs some TLC it was great when it first opened. But now needs maintenance and some love

Good location. Restaurants nearby. Beds comfortable.

We Maintained throughout.

Always stay here. Nice and clean, easy accessible

Great!

Passable

When I got there the room was not what I expected I couldn’t find another one because I wasn’t from out there and I was by myself when I got to the room it was a room for seniors the bathroom had a awful sell so I requested a new room they told me they didn’t have any more because they rent the rest of the hotel out to families in need so I was basically stuck there and then they accused me of stealing towels when I have my own towel every time I travel I would never recommend this hotel ever and I want all my money back

Rooms were impressibly spacious, clean and well decorated. The patio was the perfect place to sit with their delicious coffee in the morning.

Clean, friendly, comfortable.
