The staff was very friendly There a miscommunication with my reservation number and my confirmation number within the Hilton system. The front desk rep was somewhat new so she was now aware of trouble shooting my problem. I had to call booking who provided a reservation number she did locate my reservation so I asked the booking rep should wait until I'm checked in prior to getting off the line booking said no. I go back to hotel and she couldn't find it I had to call booking again. It makes me just want to deal directly with the hotel and bypass booking.

Newly remodeled, very clean hotel. Breakfast is very good and they have porcelain plates, cups, and real cutlery, not plastic. Check in lady wasn’t very friendly and welcoming. She also just charged us for the room while it was already paid for. However, she at least realized her mistake later and it was corrected. Check in was neither very welcoming nor professional

Hotels.com is who we went through to purchase the room got to the hotel in the virtual card was canceled or it was declined so I had to pay with another card. hotels.com hung up on me twice when I tried calling customer service, to try to get this situation fixed. It was unbelievable ridiculous

It was amazing the rooms were huge. So glad we stayed there. And only 25 min from Graceland.

The room was fantastic. It was clean and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was not great. The sausage patties were green, the eggs were fake. If you like cereal you’re good.

It was okay, some out of control children made of mess of the area but, the food was pretty good. NA

Excellent hotel. One of the best I've ever staid at. Great breakfast, very clean, nice pool, beautiful patio, nice kitchenette in the room. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

water pressure for shower was low. pressure good for tub but when you put on shower it goes way down. breakfast was ok. saturday we were there for breakfast about 7:15. several things were empty, tables and floor dirty and the juice machine was not working. Employee over food didn't get in any big hurry to fill or help people. sat june 13, 2026. We had 4 people in our room and first 2 days only had 3 towels. It would be nice if they would also leave a bar of soap for people who do not use body wash. no staff any day went out of their way to help us with creamer for coffee or anything that we needed. :(

Eboni was amazing! She remembered me from my visit from several months ago! She was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Great stay I did feel like the pricing was a bit high

We arrived having issues with our reservation and the staff made sure we were accommodated and very comfortable in our new room especially traveling with kids. The breakfast was great, coffee great, pool was clean, and even the other guest there were nice. Will definitely go back!
