Springplace Inn & Suites

Rooms were not cleaned, even after requesting for multiple days. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

Need hand rails for senator when getting out of tubs. I was surprised they no breakfast but had coffee.

Bed was so soft after a long day of travel. Ac had the room fresh when we walked in, hotel clerk was nice and friendly.

The hotel still was signed as a Comfort Inn so it was hard to find. The desk help couldn’t find our reservation at first and it took way too long to check in. He said we had a room with a couch but it had two beds instead. And the overhead lights didn’t work. So he had to find another room for us. Also two beds - no couch. He seemed surprised so it seemed like he wasn’t familiar with the rooms. The rooms were not inviting at all. There was no breakfast available and the coffee machine produced only water and the desk help obviously did not know how to remedy that and acted indifferent about it. We will NOT return!!

Room was not clean, razor left in the bathroom and food in the fridge. Toilet was not working from the handle. We only stayed for a few hours but we were not satisfied or fully comfortable.

Terrible place

Great

Location is right next to the highway (easy to see but you get highway noise from I-55), but the odd exit design means you have to loop around and double back on the slip road. They also have the old signage up on the building and a small banner with their current name, so it was tough to tell if this was actually the right spot. We got a night's rest. That's the best I can say about it. I would not recommend it.

Very outdated motel.

Didn’t even stay! Left after viewing the room!!!!

This is an older property, a former Comfort Inn. There is no breakfast and the outside pool did not look useable. It does have a nice sitting area, gym, laundry, vending machine, and ice maker. The room had refrigerator, microwave, strong air conditioner, and a hair dryer. Most linens were old with faded stains. I just needed a room for the night and it did suffice. Not a family hotel.

We have a brief stay. Room was clean. Easy checkin and checkout

Room seemed clean for my one night I stayed. Bathroom could use an update.

The bathroom was in need of repairs. I would not take a shower! There were people above us that were disruptive all night! Not much sleep was had

I paid for King w/accessable bathtub. Theonly thing accessible was the area of the bathroom the bathtub was an 18 inch or so step up to get in the shower. The mattresses were lumpy and old. There was no breakfast avaliable as was in the amenities list i will not ever book this placr again.

Horrible absolutely disgusting the rooms the sheets and over all experience terrible I would never recommend this place to anyone I feel like I need a tb shot after having to unfortunately stay there and couldn’t get my money back to take me and my children some where else reviews of rating are a lie they are not a 8.9 like the sign says in the lobby I would give them -10 stars don’t waist your money

Heads up, this was extremely unprofessional business booked. My room came to check-in got my key went to my room tried to swipe my key card door wouldn’t open went down. Got a new key. Had the worker come with me swipe the key wouldn’t work man inside the room, naked seems to me like a trafficking hotel be highly aware of. Do not recommend for anybody.
