Well the dorm I was staying at had people snoring but I guess that’s something to expect sharing place with others ! Also they open late like if you wanna go out early or come back to early there’s a chance doors are close but very understandable

I'm only not giving it a 10 because the male ward is occupied by a Moroccan, or someone from somewhere else, who thinks the room is his. He complains about everything, the air conditioning is only turned on at 10 pm, and is usually turned off after 10 am the next day. Several times he woke up at 5:30 or 6 am and turned off the air conditioning, as if there weren't even people in the room. For me, regardless of whether the person lives there, this is a shared lodging room, he has to think about the collective.

I had a great stay at the riad. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the design is very authentic. What really made the experience special was the staff—especially Amine and Youssef. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Very clean and beautiful hostel, specially the rooftop. The host were helpful and it’s close to jma el fenna just 5 minutes walk.

It was incredible, the hosts were so welcoming, i wish i could have stayed more , I'm definitely recommending it , i will definitely come back another time, the location is incredible, the cleaning is great, everybody was very nice to me , the breakfast was delicious, i was so happy, it's inside the medina, inside jamaa el fna, i really love it Everything was amazing

Everything went great

The location is the one good thing about the hostel. The lady at the desk everytime would ask something seemed annoyed. The aircon in the room we had to ask for it. It’s not a get community hostel.

The cost is affordable. The bathroom often ran out of tissue and there was no bidet. Bed is okey but the pillow isn't good.

Good service, clean, and great location

central location you need to rent towels. Bathroom is way too crammed. Multiple showers, lack of proper privacy, same goes for the WCs and there is only one sink to wash your face/teeth.

There were just couple of bathrooms and toilets for so many people in the hostel.

I liked the location. It is central and easy access to most spots. Payment is a bit of a scam. I had to pay in cash, but the hostel staff did this: (1) converts the fee in euro (from the website) to dirhams and ask you to pay, (2) if you say you will pay with euro, they will again convert the dirhams back to euro. Bad thing is that they will not stick to the original euro from the website, but they will just convert the earlier converted dirhams back to euro so you end up with double conversions, plus they have their own conversion rates which rack up more fees. I ended up paying more than 2 euros from what I expected. It is not much but you will know how they work here. Also, since it is Ramadan, the staff/owner and his friends do not care about people sleeping at 11pm. They will make noise and laugh as they eat. I remember waking up at 1am because there is some noise/commotion outside. Facility is almost nice except for bathroom.
