Staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable The location was tricky to get to. Like many places in Marrakech you can't access it via car, but Google maps wasn't great in this particular area either so it didn't make arriving late at night super ideal.

The ryad itself was beautiful, and the staff working there in person were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were one of the best parts of the experience. Unfortunately, interactions with the manager over the phone were completely different. After confirming our late arrival 3 times online, we were told on arrival that there were no rooms until the morning. It was clear that there were rooms available as we were finally checked in after being charged for another night. While I understand his reasoning, the manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that felt sexist and disrespectful. I was also left with the impression that he was not fully honest regarding certain arrangements and communication. Our original confirmation had the late hour and on the day of arrival had been switched. He insisted I had never been told it was ok to check in so late and ignored the fact that I had confirmation messages on my phone. It created unnecessary stress and left a negative impression overall. I want to be fair because the staff at the riad deserve credit for their kindness, but future guests should be aware that dealing with management may be very different from the warm hospitality shown by the onsite team.

The toilet was a little too old and the room was not sound proof at all.

Little loud on the ground floor

Yehia gave me hints on my spontaneous 3-day trek in the High Atlas as well as my train trips across Morocco. I really appreciated the Ryad keeping my laptop while I was up in the mountains, and doing my laundry after. The breakfast is delicious.

Excellent location almost in the center but slightly away. Exceptional staff attitude. Could by loudly sometimes.

Location, quiet, nice staff, price A bit basic but good value in an increasingly pricey city.

We absolutely loved this riad! It’s perfectly located in the medina, close to restaurants and Jemaa el-Fna square. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast, although simple, was absolutely delicious.

The tour booked through the Riad was disappointing and did not seem well organized.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is rich with a great view from the terrace. The location is also exceptional, close to the main square and the markets.

Location, brilliant terrace view, staff did offer to help us with printing boarding passes etc. Breakfast was okay, we have had better. The mosaic decorations were nice, and lots of places to sit. They were mostly very good at communicating with us over booking.com. We stayed at a riad the week before in Marrakech for slightly less per night, which was by far better. The member of staff at reception promised to bring us weighing scales, which he didn't, and was usually on the phone (facetiming) someone, which was quite unprofessional. The room was quite little tired, the shower curtain was less than desirable and would have liked to have some lamps. No water included in the room which in Marrakech is needed.

The location is perfect, two minutes walk from the central square of the old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us book the excursions to the desert and the ourika valley. Breakfast is so good, traditional Moroccan delicacies. There were some cockroaches, but after reporting it, the cleaning staff took care of it.
