The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was great.

Good location. Rooms upstairs are better than the one we stayed at first night in ground floor. The room downstairs was not good because of humidity.

Great location, great staff, tasty breakfast
-
Extremely noisy - both inside and out. Warning: do not get a first floor room. Bed was uncomfortable. Amenities were awful.

Nice large room, shower was great. Bed was comfortable. I liked the windows where you could open them fully or just use them as windows, or you can close the board completely for privacy. Airport transfer was an easy process. Front receptionist was nice, cleaning lady was friendly, she washed my clothes for only 5 euro for my large load. Breakfast was pretty good too. Wifi worked great The mattress had springs that stuck out on the right side so I have a decent size cut on my right leg from getting out of bed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad. The location was perfect—close to the souks and the main square. The building had that lovely antique feeling, full of character. The staff were incredibly kind and considerate, always ready to help with anything we needed. Since we had a trip planned and couldn’t have breakfast at the Riad, they surprised us with a bag of snacks and water to take with us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Highly recommended! The bathroom could’ve used a deeper clean, but the beds were comfy—and we had an early wake-up call from a very enthusiastic bird around 5 a.m. Overall, a lovely stay!

Good, convenient location inside the Medina. The room itself is not as nice as the colourful pictures. After the shower, the small bathroom was overwhelmingly wet with half-cut bath towel used as bath mat. We came back from dinner one night after some heavy rain and my friends room was flooded with water running from outside terrace. Breakfast included was a bonus and Mina works very hard to provide it. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the open space at the top floor. Ayoub was extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to communicate with such a nice and kind person. On the other hand, the other man at the reception was deliberately unhelpful and spiteful after unsuccessfully convinced me to book the desert tour with him which we already committed with another agency. What a childish behaviour from a customer service person and one and only one just tarnished the whole riad.

breakfast is ok, Mina the server was helpful and nice. The only good thing of the stay is this riad’s location to shops and restaurants. two men shared duties at the front desk. On my check in and check out days, one guy barely did his job, fast to go to sleep and slow to get up and showed up at the front desk. The other guy named Yousob was very helpful and provided assistance whenever we needed, and deserve to be commended. Facility: air conditioner not working, bathroom had no floor mat, amenities are bare minimum for the nightly rate they collect. I would definitely not recommend this riad to my friends and family.

a nice breakfast served every morning on the terrace (every time bread with butter, cheese and jam as well as orange juice and fried egg), the staff was very warm-hearted and gave us very good local tips. the location was in the centre of the medina, so you could walk everywhere

Had an amazing stay in Riad Saad. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We already miss Morocco greatly, we found nothing but kindness in Marrakech and will definitely come back. Lots of love and best wishes to Raid Saad staff, thank you for your great hospitality. The Riad is a small boutique hotel situated very close (3min walk) to the main square in Medina (Old Town). The room was very cosy, but it was enough for 2 nights stay. The lamp on the celing made the late night rest a unique, farytale experience. The bathroom could use some small renovation. We didn't try the breakfast as for the first morning we were going for a trip and it was served later (8.15), and for the second morning we got a package of sweets, water and juice to take with us to the airport. An airport taxi was booked through the reception desk and the driver waited for us in the lobby, then guided us to the car (it was 2am). It was a good quality for the price we paid.

The location was perfect- close to all necessary amenities like restaurants and main sightseeing spots, as well as souks, but safe at the same time. Easy to reach and take a taxi from the main street. The staff was very kind, they gave us many important tips. It was clean and breakfast was good :) They also kept our luggage safe for the whole day after the check out and let us wait on the terrace before our departure which was really nice. I can definitely recommend! No window in the bathroom in our room on the ground floor. It wasn’t a big deal but of course would be better if there was one ??

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, amazing location, big room and breakfast. The best part is the incredible service - made such a difference as a solo female traveller to have a friendly face at reception who went above and beyond to help me all of my questions! Booked a transfer, helped me with my SIM card and bus to the next location. 10/10 - I’ll definitely be back!
