This palais is wonderful for family. Patrick takes really good care of his hotel and staff. Foods were amazing. We will be back

Location was a bit far from City Center and would have been better if there were more Staff who could have spoken English especially in the Kitchen.

Mr Patrick was absolutely wonderful always there to assist with anything I needed, paying attention to every little detail to make sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The staff, especially Mr. Khalid and Ms. Oumaima, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What stood out to me most was how everyone, without exception, was treated with the same warmth and respect. The food was delicious, and the entire atmosphere radiated joy, calm, peace, and safety. I also tried the Moroccan Hammam experience, which was deeply refreshing, followed by a much-needed massage both highly recommended! Overall, Palais Riad Berbère is a true haven of tranquility, and I can’t wait to come back. Everything is perfect.

Patrick & the rest of the team were amazing - kind & supportive, shared a glass of wine or secured a driver when we were completely lost (being a group of 5 people). Breakfast was excellent, with both outdoor & indoor (warm) seating options which came really handy. Location is outside Medina, more quiet & also super close to Bo Zin - our favorite party restaurant of the trip, where we had an amazing NYE party. The SPA was also great. Authentic experience, great garden & pool. Riads are made of clay, in winter - rainy days it can get quite humid. Fortunately each room is equipped with independent heater you can keep on as long as you want at whichever temperature & the tap water is gas powered, so it comes super hot & never comes out.

Excellent food, excellent garden and outside facilities. The food was freshly made to order and the breakfast buffet was decent as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me book private taxis and even drove me to the mall when it was raining. They really treat you like family there. Umemmah, Khalid and Patrick were all great!

Lovely outdoor grounds with pool and restaurant. Easy check in. Wonderful staff. Convenient spa on site. Not walkable to any main areas

Myself, mum & sister had the loveliest time at Palais Riad Berbere. The staff we're absolutely incredible - special thanks to Oumaima & Patrick who made our stay so enjoyable. Facilities great, it was a quiet hotel (not many kids running around) comfy pool chairs, a super breakfast (very carb heavy but was a treat for a holiday!), hot water in the shower. They also had a brilliant gym which i used every morning. Wifi good aswell, i worked in the main foyer area for a few days during the stay and video calls all good. The location is a little far from the medina (but currently all being built up so it might look different in a few years) but the staff were so good to organise taxis for us to & from any locations at a very good price so it took the pressure off having to haggle prices and find one on the street. Restaurant in the hotel was super and we ate dinner there 2/3 times during our stay. Bonus - they do serve alcohol! Just don't advertise it, so that was great for our gals trip away!

Fantastic riad! Amazing pool, lovely rooms, great facilities (inc fab hammam), delicious food and the loveliest staff. I’ve stayed in a few riads and this one was easily the best. Bravo, Patrick and team!! Nothing

Man, this is a little paradise. It's great to come home to a nice, luxurious, quiet hotel after the hustle and bustle of marrakesh. Ample safe parking for our motorbikes, amazing pool and great breakfast. I recommend.

It felt like a dream!. The staff was amazing and the manager of the property treated us like family.

Absolutely stunning and amazing experience . We felt right at home and well taken care. Patrick, the owner went above and beyond to help us out with our rental car situation. We definitely would go back and stay much longer for our next Moroccan visit .. Everything was perfect. Besides all other delicious traditional moroccan food, you must try the spaghetti bolognese. So, so amazing. Oh boy nearly forgot the amazing breakfast .. So, so,so much to eat, just unbelievable and soooo delicous … A big thank you to all of you to have made our stay a memory for life ?????…

Marrakech can get quite hot, especially during the day, but this Riad offers the perfect escape. With its beautiful **big swimming pool**, we spent our mornings and afternoons relaxing and swimming, soaking in the serene atmosphere. The Riad’s ambiance truly captures the essence of Marrakech, making it a delightful place to unwind before heading out for evening explorations. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality of the owners. Being a family-run establishment, we felt like a part of their family from the moment we arrived. **Patric, Oumayma, Khaled, and Fatima** were always there with genuine smiles and were incredibly attentive to our needs. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Le Palais Riad Berbere was perfect for our family. The welcoming environment and the spacious pool provided endless fun for the children, allowing us to relax while they enjoyed themselves. Overall, our stay at Le Palais Riad Berbere was a fantastic experience that we will cherish. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, warmth, and a true taste of Marrakech, this Riad is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful small hotel. lovely staff. amazing gardens with games for the kids and a really big pool. Good value restaurant with authentic Morrocan food plus some family favourites. The only thing that could be better were the mattresses and pillows and some bed side lights for the bedside tables. However, this will not put us off coming back. It is just a recommendation

The staff is lovely, the hotel is in a very peaceful area and the breakfast was great The room is quite old and in need of a maintenance check. TV didn’t work, the shower would go from cold to very hot randomly, all the furniture and appliances looked quite outdated.

We really liked this riad. It was very confortable with a beautifull garden. The owner was very nice. He allowed us to stay in the pool until the end of the day on our check out. I would definitly come back

Staff were really friendly and happy to help with booking taxis etc. They can also book tours/trips for you but only private ones which are more expensive than group ones that you can book onto in the medina. Food was really nice and reasonably priced - we enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice to have a big pool area with plenty of space to enjoy the weather. The room was comfortable and good for a short stay. We booked this as a bit of a relaxing stay after a busy few days in Marrakech centre so knew the location wasn't central however didn't realise there isn't even a small shop to buy water/snacks from or any restaurants in walking distance so just be aware of that when booking/be prepared and take lots of snacks with you! The hotel was a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep with people talking/children shouting and running around outside the rooms after 10pm - lots of families book the hotel so may not be as suited for couples if you want a quiet stay.

Beautiful Riad.....the owner Patrick was incredibly helpful... so genuine and caring towards guests.... Charlie the dog was VIP .. .very important pet ? ?
