Zalagh Kasbah Hotel and Spa

The swimming pool was very clean. I noticed a lack of accessible pathways for individuals with reduced mobility, especially to the restaurant.

The staff was amazing and super friendly …. I felt wonderful during my stay and Najib in Reception was great and super kind ….. there was a few staff in the restaurant and lobby bar that were very attentive and had excellent service There was only one thing that I didn’t like and that was having to leave the stay was extremely amazing I didn’t want to leave

It was fairly well located. It was very clean and comfortable. It had on-site. parking, a very nice pool area. A good breakfast. For me, it was a little bit far from the Medina

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and professional. A special mention to the person responsible for bookings, who was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. We were also very impressed that our room was ready upon arrival — even before 11:15 AM — which made our check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well-prepared for our stay. We also really enjoyed the pool — it was clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Thank you for the excellent service. We look forward to coming back! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

The staff, the facilities, the service, the room cleaning Pillows in the bed, to hard. The lack of service at the pool, the bar at the pool. The breakfast was uninspiring.

Lovely quite hotel to relax. Friendly staffs that are always ready to help. It was absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, rooms - luxurious, staff - very friendly especially Mr ANAS and Mr Karim ! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The staff is very welcoming and professional. The decoration of the hotel is beautiful

The hotel is quiet, clean, and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff were also extremely helpful especially my personal concierge Kenza. It was too far to walk to the center of the city but that did make for a quiet night! I wish the breakfast had more gluten free options, especially plain yoghurt and cut up fresh fruit.

Everything was top, Staff were super helpful and nice at all times and breakfast is amazing. One special thanks to Mr Karim And Kenza also Najwa which gave us a great Check-in. We will definitely come back.
