Our stay at Kenzi Menara Palace was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, and every detail feels thoughtfully designed. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities were excellent, and the food and drinks were fantastic. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality was second to none. We did experience a small issue with flying ants during our stay, but what impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the team handled it. They responded immediately, kept us informed, and made sure the situation was resolved as smoothly as possible. It never took away from our overall experience. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It perfectly combines luxury, style, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended! That we only were there for 2 nights. Next time we’ll stay much longer!

We stayed at Kenzi for two nights only and everything was perfect, enjoyed our little escape, the staff were nice and helpful and the food was also great.

Very nice vibe. Distances can be a bit long to get to different parts of the hotel.

Your smile campaign is majorly working. The entire staff was professional and pleasant. We ate dinner onsite six nights, each meal was tasty and delightful and the wait staff service exceptional. I’d go so far as to say the best waiters I’ve ever had (and I travel a lot). That’s easy. The pillows on the bed were far too large and too hard. That should be an easy fix. I asked for softer pillows, but even those were uncomfortable.

The swimming pool and nearby the souk Need a makeover in the rooms

We booked here last minute having found out our original, more central hotel was under construction. The distance from the souls etc is no problem at all and Ubers are around £4.50 and only a short wait. Th rooms are huge, quiet and everything you would need though not modern. Pool area is big (but cold…. Which is welcome on a hot day!). Breakfast ample. Terrible rock solid pillows. Check your bill at the end as mini bar was added it’s slightly dated but for the price you really complain. Very good value!

Nice place for a family visit to Marrakech. A bit out of the city, so it's quiet. Pools are nice and breakfast had a nice selection. Food options and opening times aren't great for families.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent upscale property with spacious clean rooms and nice bathrooms, wonderful quiet setting on a large secure/fenced lot with space for walks, very good breakfast with early start (important for early tours), two excellent reasonably priced restaurants with great service. Staff accommodating and welcoming. Competitively priced. Location a bit away from the center, many tours do not pick up/drop off or for extra charge only. Not much around. Walk from room to restaurants or spa not fully inside, chilly in winter. Hotel pool small and not free.

The grounds on the property were beautiful. The concierge connected us with one of his friends as a guide, but the guide seemed more focused on taking us to shops where he had deals—at prices that were outrageous. After that, the concierge didn’t really follow through or assist us further. On top of that, the tours he quoted and tried to charge us for were significantly overpriced—we found the same tours online for less than half the cost. The room was nothing that was advertised. The bathroom had a terrible smell.

Breakfast The rooms were very cold, I had booked two rooms and they were the same. The sliding window doors in the room are not sealed and let in a lot of cold air, meanwhile the heating was hardly working. The gym was a joke, unlike what they made it out to be on the website. Basically, a treadmill and two mats on the floor. I had gone to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and was told to go and take a seat. The restaurants served a buffet style lunch, but when I went to the buffet area i noticed most items were finished and were not being renewed. 10 minutes later I was told they were closing and brought me a bill for a lunch i hardly had.
