The design and location. The family suite we rented was really excellent and offers an elegant vibe.

Cesar resort and spa what a gorgeous hotel. Ticks all the boxes and even some more than usual with having the pool right outside our bedroom door… Breakfast choice was endless from hot to cold to fruit to juices to fresh omlettes or your choice of egg… Also for breakfast you had an amazing man doing Moroccan breads and teas which was such an experience to see eat and drink… The staff I have to say could do no more for us and their friendliness will always be remembered. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Marrakesh. Few mins taxi to Medina or you can walk also. Will definitely be going back… N/a

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, making for a very comfortable experience. The level of service was truly excellent from check-in to check-out. What stood out most was the impeccable staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and cared for. Their hospitality made a great stay even more memorable. We want to extend our special kudos to Imane at the reception and Amshad at the service for breakfast. These 2 individuals are really the true definition of what an excellent, outstanding customer service satisfaction means, always smiling, caring, greeting everyone with respect. Exceptional service, very kind, breakfast was out of this world with fresh bread and mint tea warmed up on the spot. Felt absolutely luxurious throughout. Would absolutely visit again The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t prebook any treatments, then on the day we got to the spa 1.5hrs before closing, we were told no availability even though the staff there was not busy. We could only make use of the small pool

Proximity to the airport and on Saturday all the flights were flying above the hotel.Plus if you are sensitive to noises a party is on the rooftop which makes it hard to sleep.

Wonderful buffet breakfast, available until 11am. The staff has been extremely friendly with us and we overall had a great experience. Also, the staff was availble for any requests we had: we once needed to get an early packed breakfast to leave on time for a tour, and our request was promptly fullfilled. Not all staff members could comminucate well in English, but there would someone ready to jump in and help. I recommend using French as a main language as all staff is fluent in that. Outdoor swimming pool was nice and deep enough, about 1.60m I would guess. This was unclear from the pictures, and we were initially afraid it would be very shallow. According to the info available in Booking, it was implied that the Hammam was included in the price; it turns out it is not the case. Sound insulation in the rooms was poor, and even if it did not prevent us from sleeping, I can imagine some people might find it difficult.

nothing the room was having insects and very dirty with cement floor on the shower very shocking very noisy at night NO isolation for noise

The staff was so super nice and so dedicated to make you have a pleasant stay! Especially Mohsin and his colleagues did the upmost to give you the best service. The rooms definitely need an upgrade to be compliant with 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly. Especially the girl at the reception was very kind and efficient. I think the ability to follow guest instructions and requests could be better.
