Everything.... All was wonderful....

The courtyard in the center of the hotel is beautiful and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the Moroccan bath experience — it was absolutely amazing and truly relaxing. staff and owner. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel at home. Nothing

The property is wonderfully maintained and the staff cleaned daily. The flow and layout and architectural details of a traditional riad amplified our experience in Marrakech. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was delicious and got very busy later in the evenings. The space has a very chill vibe. Tours knew the hotel and it was easy to arrange pick up and drop offs. We felt incredibly safe. Breakfasts are amazing and they accommodate Gluten Free! We ate so much we skipped lunch! It a a bit far from the bustle which meant we had to get cabs (the haggling) but that meant tranquil respite from the crowds. The surrounding area doesn’t have much going on, though there is a shopping center and Carefore!

When I arrived at the hotel from the airport I was wearing a pair of brown lululemon align leggings. That evening I placed my leggings in my suitcase and when I went to pack my suitcase the night before I was due to travel home I noticed that the leggings were not in my suitcase. I took everything out of my suitcase several times to make sure the leggings were not there. I checked every inch of the bedroom several times but the leggings were no where to be seen in my bedroom. I also asked my friends to help me search for my leggings and they confirmed the leggings were not in my room as well. The fact that leggings were not in my suitcase or in my room would indicate that someone who had entered my room during the day took my leggings from my suitcase - a small item that potentially they would have said no one will notice is missing. I have returned home without my leggings and I am extremely upset and disappointed that my personal items were invaded during my stay at this hotel. The hotel didn't offer any compensation or help with the missing item but I trusted that my personal belongings were safe within my room as I paid over €200 a night for this hotel. Unfortunately I have no proof to show that the leggings were taken from my suitcase only that I don't have them in my possession anymore and there is absolutely no reason for me to lie about this. I am the only one who loses out as these leggings were expensive and I came home from my trip without them in my suitcase having trusted they were safe in my bedroom. Very disappointed in how I have been treated as a guest in this hotel - beware of your possessions when staying here.

The staff was very pleasant, the room was nice and clean, the grounds and the pool were well maintained, breakfast was tasty, Apparently the hotel is a spin off of a well known restaurant- it's not too far from the airport, which is why we choose it- on the flip side it gets a bit noisy out at the pool, periodically because of jet engines.

The Riyadh is magnificent, charming, relaxing with everything you need. Food exceptional, great hamman and pool, comfortable, spacious rooms. Hands down the nicest, most accommodating staff I have ever encountered. Platinum service in a homely unpretentious style. Amazing!

- 10min drive to Medina - beautiful small oasis brings tradition and modern comfort together - excusit marocan cusine, try 12 marocoan salats and lamb shoulder - warm staff to give you home.feelings - helped us with henna appointment, shopping tips, and organised tours - Thank you Al Fassia for a great three-day private tour to Sahara with Redouan. His storytelling skills about history, architecture, and marocan life were extraordinary. Our daughter missed his smile and attention the moment we left his car. If you want a full marocan magical experience, come to Al Fassia.

Al Fassia Aguedal, is one of the warmest and most friendly hotels we have ever visited, and we travel a lot. The manager and the entire staff go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was always delicious and well presented. The restaurant is one of the best in Morocco and for good reason too, the food and the staff were excellent. The facilities are maintained to a high standard and the entire place had a real Moroccan feel about it. The Hammam and massage were great too. We loved it all.

Wonderful hotel, with probably one of the best staff ever - friendly, always helpful, a smile on their faces. The hotel, accommodation, restaurant - everything - was excellent quality. The pool was lovely and felt very serene. All in all, one of the best places to stay in Marrakesh i think. Close enough to the Medina for it to be easy to do the full Marrakesh experience, while being out of the hubbub of the centre. Nothing

The staff were exceptionally good and welcoming and helpful- both in the reception and the restaurant and the poolside and housekeeping was exemplary . Breakfast was excellent and we ate 7 nights running- delicious meals. I wish I could remember every name but suffice to say all the staff couldn’t have been more delightful. Imad today was waiter, pool helper , firemaker and luggage carrier- excellent- thank you. Missed a cup of tea/coffee in bed!

An absolutely wonderful experience! The well-being services at Al Fassia Aguedal exceeded all expectations. The hammam and massage were incredibly relaxing, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. The serene atmosphere and the peaceful outdoor pool created the ideal setting for unwinding after a day of exploring Marrakech. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and authentic Moroccan wellness experience!

The staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms are clean and cost. There is a lot of attention to details: furniture has been widely chosen to give a riad feel, the food experience at the restaurant is great. Nothing.
