Although they went with authentic Moroccan design, they can do with more modernization: better bedding, good wifi and cleaner bathrooms. One of the hosts should improve her customer skills.

A grand looking palatial building with a stunning view of the mountains. Large comfortable room. Some facilities need attention, particularly the taps in my bathroom. And no hot water. The door to my room was difficult to close and impossible to lock.

The breakfast was nice. Traditional Moroccan food. The views were amazing and the rooms looked very much like the pictures. The staff were also pleasant and helpful. The facilities were poor. We went in the middle of winter so it was a little cold at night and in the mornings, but the heating didn’t work properly. The hot water supply was also inconsistent and the drain in our shower didn’t work properly.

Great value for money. Rooms were alright and facilities also. One of the older gentlemen staff members was a bit rude in the morning. Which was surprising because everyone else was friendly especially the younger gentlemen that greeted us and checked us in. We were 20 Dirhams short on our restaurant bill when checking out, for the dinner that was quite overpriced (but okay we are in the middle of nowhere and it was tasty) they didn’t have change for large bills nor was there an option to pay the difference in euro or card. Eventually we sorted it. But it was strange that we could pay with card when checking in.

the property is beautiful and very well maintained. The kasbah is great for a weekend away as it very far from the sights and quite expensive to travel to the centre of Marrakech.

There is now small markets around or any restorant so if u wanna have dinner 19 eur per persone and u got Tagine with eggs and meat balls with salat. found out some cockroaches at night

This place is the diamond of my vacation in Morocco. Looks like litle palace. Pool all day and night. National cuisine. The staff is great. Maybe that the bed creaks and the mattress is too soft.
