It was very calm clean and worth the money The shower head was broken and also the water went everywhere while showering i almost slipped multiple times

Pool area is perfect but the hallways and rooms are not as clean as they should be

There was nice yard with pools and greens Room is very basic and not cosy, no water or tea in the room, no slippers, low height of bed, issues with sewage in bathroom. Breakfast is average. Whole hotel looks abandoned.

Carpets were dirty, bath room was not clean were hairs and the light switches with stains all over. Had to use a tissue to not touch it The Air conditioner barely works, was hot

The ambience

The room size was good, everything else very disappointing. Its not 4 stars. Not even 3 I would say. The bathroom is disappointing, dirty and rusty taps, they need a good scrub. I wasn't happy about it. I asked them to clean the bathroom on arrival, they came and just changed pillow case. The breakfast area also lacks of cleaning. Also the kitchen needs extractor, it can get smoky and smelly in there and you can smell it in your room on the second floor. The bathrooms needs a very good scrub, everything is like in third world level cleaningness

A good location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast is not good; that level needs some improvement and the addition of good items. At night we could hear the sounds of the neighboring rooms. They were talking loudly and then they caused us some disturbance.

The shower for the bathroom it has to be replaced plus you asked me for taxes for the second person, but I wasn’t myself

When I saw the pictures I thought how bad can it be, and boy was it bad! I don’t know how it’s possible that every single sheet and pillow case changed in a span of a week has stains on it? The towels are full of dust, you go into bed and get itchy, not to mention the cockroaches. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the neighbors say and do, we couldn’t sleep for 4 straight nights from the noise of the neighbors. If you have breakfast in the designated space you’ll come out smelling like onions. I quite honestly can’t fathom where the 4 stars came from, there isn’t water in the room, the TV doesn’t work, the safe doesn’t work, the fridge doesn’t work, the windows doesn’t close properly. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay and the staff are super helpful and friendly, Nooradeen was the best. My partner absolutely loved her stay as well. The food was amazing and the room was amazing especially overlooking the new pool and seeing the planes land or take off.

Fantastic place to stay. I sent my mum and aunt here and they loved it. Staff are friendly especially Nooradeen. He always makes me feel at home when I stay here. Food is good, hotel is clean. Close to lots of things nearby i.e shopping mall

The place was very clean and peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing holiday stay. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and felt very comfortable throughout my time here.

The hotel was nice and quiet good for those who are looking for some peace. We had troubles with the toilets it was broken and clogged even though they came fixed it it was still clogged and the minibar wasn’t working the tv remote as well.
