The ? sea Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the extremely poor experience my companions and I encountered during our stay at your hotel, which is rated as a 5-star property and is expected to uphold high professional standards. Details of the Incident: Upon Arrival: We were immediately stopped by security and instructed to park approximately 150 meters away from the reception area. While walking to the reception, I noticed that the flags of some countries — including the flag of Qatar — were installed upside down (please see the attached photos). This gave me an immediate negative impression of the hotel’s management and attention to detail. At the Reception: I inquired about room rates and informed the receptionist that we had just arrived after a long 12-hour journey and needed to rest. The receptionist quoted prices different from those listed on Booking.com and tried to convince us to book a room overlooking the swimming pool, despite my clear request for a quiet room for rest. Booking Issues: I decided to complete the booking through Booking.com. Upon returning to the reception and informing the staff of the confirmed booking, they claimed it did not appear in their system and asked us to wait. After providing the booking reference number, the staff insisted that the room had not been paid for, even though it was prepaid via Booking.com. Only after showing the payment receipt from Booking.com was the on-duty manager called, who confirmed the payment but requested additional taxes (which we paid). Security Deposit Demand: The hotel then demanded a security deposit (cash or card) before allowing us to check in. This was not mentioned during the booking on Booking.com, and there were no facilities in the room (such as a mini-bar) that would justify such a deposit. After a long discussion and significant delay, we were finally allowed to enter the room.

In the axis of the airport runway so the noise of planes is pretty loud. Breakfast was of average quality, nothing outstanding, but big choice. Our room had a kitchenette, but hotel regulations forbid to bring in food or drinks from the outside, which is frankly weird (in a country where you can not drink tap water). But we were allowed "1 or 2 water bottles". We appreciated it was dog friendly (thanks), but there are packs of big aggressive dogs in front of the hotel and the streets around. They tried to attack our dog each time (up to 5 big dogs against our small one). We had to repell them with stones. It was very stressful and unpleasant...

The best thing was their staff. Highly efficient, very professional, and friendly. Hard to find all of this in one place. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of utems to choose from and everything fresh and clean. Once again, service was top-notch. Liked everything

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was great and the suits were very clean and very comfortable. Wifi was a little bit slow and it cuts sometimes.

Free upgrade to suite. Good bed (firm mattress, firm pillows). Two bathrooms. Heating worked in one of the two rooms of the suite, Electric current was ... iffy ... my phone charger continued to have problems maintaining adequate tension (from all the room's plugs) so my phone spent the night starting and stopping charging. There is a kind of kitchenette in the suites with a sink and a microwave ... but firm instructions at check-in that any outside food will not be tolerated. The breakfast area is completely inadequate for the size of the hotel. A large tour group was there the first morning and it was a scrum. It is a five star hotel with 2 or 3 star towels. To be fair this sums up my experience in Morocco so my expectations may have been too high coming to a five star hotel.

Great pool, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, excellent breakfast buffet. Nothing everything exceeded expectations.

Decent hotel with good amenities. I wouldn’t call it a 5 stars hotel though. The rooms are outdated and very basic. A 5 stars hotel room should have a coffee machine, a kettle, bath robes, and toiletries.

The staff at the Adam Park really make the place. I has large, airy and spotlessly clean rooms, a variety of food and the pool is large. Couldn't fault the place.

I had a wonderful stay at Adam Park Hotel Marrakech. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool area. The hotel’s Moroccan-style design adds a unique charm, and the atmosphere throughout the property is both relaxing and elegant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurants served excellent food. I also really appreciated the convenient location—just a short drive from the Medina and close to other key attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Adam Park Hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and authentic Moroccan ambiance.

Staff were really nice. Rooms were spacious and convenient to get around. We were not allowed to bring in food from outside. I’ve never heard this rule ever where ever I have stayed.
