I liked the pool and I liked the healthy options and the juice during breakfast time. We are disappointed over the wifi and how my kids were not able to do any school work in the room and how I had to delay my online work just because of the Wi-Fi. It is a hassle to leave the room just to be able to do basic stuff on the internet.

he staff was incredibly welcoming and took excellent care of me throughout my stay. The sound insulation between the rooms could be improved.

Breakfast choice was good but waiting staff (male) disinterested. Coffee machines forever causing problems. Male reception was akin to communication with an alien. Think it would have been ok if we spoke French.

The location The property is old and in a deteriorated condition. There was an unpleasant odour in both the room and the corridor. The corridor leading from the entrance to my room was long and poorly lit, with the lights switched off at night, which made the area feel scary. In addition, there was no hot water available in the bathroom.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, great buffet breakfast and made to order omelettes, the beach bar had good international food and a nice vibe. This is a nice Moroccan hotel with a local and down to earth feeling. Location great! In international standards I would rate this as a nice 3+ to 4 star hotel. I did spa treatments (Hammam, wax and mani/pedi), everyone was nice and professional, once again this is a local and down to earth feeling. Reading people’s comments, if you want to stay at a true 5 star hotel than you go to Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental, and those that know, know that! I would agree with others that the manicure and pedicure treatment could be improved.

Very bad experience at the reception.

Breakfast was very good, nice bar area with live music, big rooms and helping staff Big hotel, lot of nice areas but some part of the hotel specially corridor area to the rooms were bit dark and looks bit old.

In overall the staff really helpful and supportive, especially the Guest Relation and Reception team. I would like to thank them all, and special thanks goes to Sara looking forward for future stay Nothing

The location is good Not clean and old dirty carpets everywhere. Not five stars quality.

The only small issue I noticed was that the housekeeping sometimes forgot to replace shower amenities and tissues, so I had to call a few times to ask for them. Other than that, everything was great, and I had a very pleasant experience overall.

I was a pleasure to be guest at a lnice hotel with authentic local flavour, but good management and services. Good and easy parking and an efficient layout to reach all the rooms, pool, and breakfast Good breakfest.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The quality of service was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. A special mention goes to Brahim at the main gate – his kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome truly made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a friendly atmosphere!

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the pool. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. Pools are big and nice ! the fridge in our room wasn’t working which made things a bit inconvenient especially it was hot and we like our drinks cold. Also the sink was clogged which was a bit annoying.
