Great location, cool place, comfortable Staff was a bit disorganized. They said there were no beds when there were, I just had to use Booking to extend my stay

Great location, really cool staff. A very chill atmosphere and a great place to meet travellers!

The staff were really kind and helpful. The decoration is interesting. The location was hard to find, with no signs, and a guy helped me find it.

Staff is what makes this place! They were really welcoming and helpful! Stayed in a private room with a very old, very uncomfortable bed. It also didn’t lock and as a solo traveler, that didn’t feel safe to me. Toilet was covered in urine and shower was also gross.

Miserable. I came to the hostel on time and they told me to wait. I waited for a long time but that's not it. The second day they told me they're gonna put me in another room because apparently a group of friends want to stay together. I didn't want to spoil their trip so i did with pleasure and because i was a solo traveler. Only to discover that they want to put me outside the rooms (still inside the hostel) where people walk by you all the time because the hostel is now full and they couldn't find a place for me to stay that night. What's even worse is that there's a light bulb in the place where i had to sleep that is turned on and it was so disturbing i asked the staff to turn it off but they kept ignoring me and they didn't do anything about it claiming that they couldn't find the switch. I still had to sleep with the lights on because I didn't have much money to go to another place. Long story short it's my first time traveling alone and it's my first mistake to come to this hostel.
