This was my second time staying at this hotel, the hotel is very nice but i can’t stress this enough, the hospitality and staff are beyond amazing. A special thanks to youssef who went the extra mile to make our stay sooo enjoyable, he is super nice and helpful.

Amazing stay, youssef is a great host , we were hosting a wedding in Marrakech and he was so helpful and welcoming to our guests. Highly recommend

Everything Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful (even letting us check in early with a free room upgrade). The rooftop restaurant was very tasty and we enjoyed the pool. The gym was large and well equipped. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

The hotel itself felt modern, clean, and really well equipped. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was comfortable and easy to settle into. The staff were honestly great — very nice, welcoming, and always accommodating. Anytime we needed something or had a question, they were helpful and quick to assist, which made the whole stay even smoother. Overall, it was a relaxed, comfortable experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

The rooftop pool is nice, but can be crowded as many guests are sunbathing. As such, we did not really get to enjoy the pool.

Nice room- great pool. Good Staff. The check-in policy. We had an early flight and days before sent management an email asking if we could have an early check in. No problem. We get to hotel and had to wait in lobby for hours to check in to our room. Which only happened after I shared my exchange with another manager.

location is very good.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, one night each- (early morning flight to the airport). This is a fantastic hotel with lovely and accommodating staff who go all-out. They arranged transit to the airport at 3:30 am and packed my breakfast to go with me. The rooftop pool and restaurant is great. Conveniently located right across from the train and bus stations. But really, it is the great staff who make this hotel special.

This is my second stay here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The hotel is very clean, the service is excellent, and the rooftop pool is a great feature. I will definitely be back again!

Exceptional standard of decor, organization and ambience Absolutely- no complaints or concerns

The staff were amazing. I reached quite early but they still let me check in early and also gave me an upgrade of my room when I returned a few days back to stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. The TV let's you connect to Netflix,Prime and YouTube. The location is great. Allocated parking is very handy. If I had to nit- pick, sometimes the taps just give you boiling hot water irrespective which side you turn them. The lifts here have a mind of their own and are very slow. But these are not deal breakers at all. I'm glad this hotel exists and that they're doing so well to keep high standards.

Location was great. It was and easy walk to restaurants shopping. Close to train station and an easy drive to airport. Underground parking was great.
